I really enjoyed layout
Played with buddies from North Dakota and we all enjoyed
First time playing
Hidden Gem on west side of Mesa

Awesome
Fast greens
White red tees were great for 10-20 handicap
Deep bunkers

Great track
It was Fairway or desert
Some elevation changes some water
Lots of houses
Blue tees were good choice

Routing is Great 5 doglegs on front and four on back
Variety You need to score on the Par 5's and front side Par 3's
On hole 15 and 18 take a 5 on the tough Par 4's and be happy.
You will be awarded with good shots and penalized with a slight mistake.
You will love how the greens roll.

If you have ever played Detroit CC in Minnesota it had reminders
Hole 1 and 2 went east and west, one you drove over water and two you hit a long approach across water.
Cannot not say enough about routing
Building a new tee on hole 6.
Looks they recently added a new tee on hole 8 to make the dogleg right a little more challenging .
Short par 4 to finish that is tight

- Played back tees
- Routing on Par 4's were in need of some help
- Greens rolled slow

Great routing of course with the Maple River running thru it.
Green are small which makes it challenging.
Last four holes were excellent
Hole 6 could use a little help with a few trees cut down.
Dog leg Par 4 up hill
Hole 7 Par 5 that you have to cross water twice
Hole 8 long par 4 where you have to cross water
Hole 9 across water and up hill.

- If you have ever played the old Carrington 9 Hole track similar but longer.
- Has a few ponds on the course and a creek running across hole 8
- Closing hole par 3 across a pond
- When the wind is blowing it is a bear
-Hole 2 going back towards highway 2 is long from back tees

Last course of 4 course day.
Great starting hole - Up hill short par 4 to a green across a stream.
Hole 7 - is short but a tight entrance across a river.
Last two holes are par three on up hill and the next down hill.

Beautiful Clubhouse to have a nice cold beer afterward.

Has the Red River running thru it comes into play on holes 1,2,14,15,16,17 and 18.
Has a bonus hole 19 par 3 .

Greens are the best I have putted on.

Best Tournament in North Dakota - Home to the North Dakota Bobcat Open.

Hole 3 and 14 have been re done if you haven't played lately.

If you like trees there are plenty.
First Class Staff, Pro Shop, Bar and Restaurant.

This is a must play if you are in the area. I know the big course is across the street.

Great elevation changes.
Great routing on the par 4's Hole 10, 12 and 15
Great finishing Par 5 18th, downhill tight hole

I will definitely play again

Great routing to fit the course on the property
Hole 2 and 4 are great par 4's tight and narrow
But you want to talk tight then look at Hole 6 down hill short par 4 that is reachable with OB and trees everywhere.

Many holes you may elect to play 3 wood or hybrid to stay in a good location to make birdie - You must resist the want to smash driver on some of the short holes if your accuracy is not your strength.

Pine to Palm over 500 players try to qualify

- This course was in good shape.
-They have lost some trees with the flood and a few holes on back I think got tighter and shorter with the flood a few years back
-Greens were a little slow
-Great finishing par five, three Par 5's on back.
Front side is a little tighter along with 14, 15 and 16

This track was great for a new course
-Greens were great - Good speed and roll
-Routing was great
-Every hole could be a signature hole
-Lots of elevation changes. Finishes with back to back par 5 after starting back not with two consecutive par 3's.
Beautiful clubhouse. Overlooking course from outside deck.
It is in my top 15 played out of 600 different courses.
Once you have played you will play again.
Very challenging and fun at the same time.
Hidden Gem in NW North Dakota

Course was OK
But around bare or muddy
Greens not the best

Fun
My GPS was incorrect
Greens could be a little flatter

Not bad course
Good Food
A little muddy
Greens got faster as round went on
Had two holes 9 and 16 where GPS mid identified the water lead too two penalties
Pace of play was better on back 9

Place was great
Greens rolled perfect
Caught the right day to play as course was not overly crowded.
views of mountains were beautiful

For a former PGA Tour course, it is far from it.
Greens and fairways had a lot of bare spots and weeds.

For years I heard this course was a must play.
I guess I have different standards
Was told I would love the greens, speed was inconsistent, guess you can check that off for being new.
For the amount of water on property some hole could be routed to bring more water in play.
