Paying 70 bucks for a course that ISN'T in good shape is a rip off. Greens are dried up and have dead spots. Slow and not consistent. Every tee box is layered with sand and it feels like hitting a bunker shot on the tee box.

Took 5 hours to play. Cant believe they let walkers on this course on a busy weekend. Caused a huge back up and even a 30 min wait on the 18th tee.

Would NOT recommend till they lower the prices and put work in the course cause the value is not there.

Only positive thing I can write about this course is the greens. Good shape and speedy. But the tee boxes are not great, and there’s a ton of dead spots and along the fairways. Bunkers are not bunkers. No sand, and filled with water and mud.

Practice area is trash. And the clubhouse/ amenities needs a facelift cause it looks like you show up to a closed abandoned course.

Course was Not in good shape. Way overpriced, it doesn’t look like they put any money into this course.. Not like it used to be...

- Greens were VERY slow and showed a lot of bare spots and lacked grass

- Fairways were either dried up and brown or soaked

- Golf carts are raggedy and brakes didn't work for both carts in my group

bunkers and tee boxes were good

Didn’t see any warning about the airification on GolfNow when booking. Looks like it was just done. Overall course is nice, just be a bit for the greens to get into shape.

Terrible shape. Fairways had dry dead grass. Weeds all over the fairways. Every tee box was not even in height. Just in bad shape overall.

Course was in great shape, quick greens and long rough. Some of the bunkers were in pretty bad shape, but it’s probably because of all the rain. I’ve playing here, definitely will be back!

The gentleman in the Pro Shop told me that the course has improved over the last few months. Well when I went out there it was worse than it has ever been. I won't play here again until the course improves a lot

The course needs a lot of Maintenance. The greens hat dry patches to it, the tea boxes where is terrible terrible shape. The bunkers when God awful condition with the rest of course

The course used to be nice back in the day but now it's really run down

Course was fun to play, though the back nine was totally different than the front nine. The back. I need has a totally different design and is a lot tougher. The greens were nice, but the rough needed some improvement. I'll definitely be back, because it was still a fun round

This is one of my favorite courses in the area. Has a great layout, and even though they aerated the greens a couple weeks ago, the greens were still fast. The conditions are always nice. Definitely will be back

Golfed here at the end of my vacation. Im from Florida so im used to the Florida courses but this course was something special. The course was in great shape and the design was something so special. Never played a course this beutiful ever and it truly was one of my most favorite rounds of golf i have ever had. So much fun playing, and a lot of wildlife around. When i come back to Alaska, I'll definitely be back here playing

Had a great time playing here! Shot my best round ever here, so its definitely an amazing place to play. Greens in great shape and the fairways and bunkers were well maintained. Definitely be back!

Course is in god awful shape. It looks like they haven't even maintained the course in months. Greens were literally dirt and the fairways had long weeds growing. And the rough was Well rough
Overall dont play here even if it is cheap. Not worth your time at all

Course needed a lot of improvement. Bunkers were horrible and the rough was dead. Also it was tough putting, because every green was a different speed.

I was suprised how nice the course was. I thought it would be a dirt field, but the fairways and greens were in perfect condition. Greens were rolling fast and true. The only things that needed improvement were the rough and bunkers. They need newer sand in the bunkers and the rough had a few dirt patches. Overall great course, and design

Everytime i play this course the conditions get wirse and worse. Greens had weeds on the market and the fairways/ rough were mudded/ weeded out. Bring extra balls because theres water on almost every hole. Unless you want to play a very inexpensive round. I dont recommend at all coming here to play

Great layout and loved the neighborhood style course! Nice design and the greens in good shape! Definitely will he back
