Mission Royale Golf Club
Played On 03/15/2022Fun afternoon at Mission Royale!
We were pleasantly surprised by this golf course. The variety of holes made the course challenging. Our foursome all preferred the back nine. There were a few water holes that took us by surprise. Hope to replay again. The pace of play was great and we enjoyed the electric golf carts with towels. It was definitely a fun day at Mission Royale!
Las Colinas Golf Club
Played On 01/31/2022Fun course
Enjoy playing Las Colinas. Their golf rates with golf pass membership have been good. However looks like rates are going up. The course has a variety of interesting holes with some challenging greens. You can score well on this course if your short game is good. Staff is friendly and they don’t pressure you to hurry if you happen to have a late tee-time. All-in-all
anyone can have a fun golf experience here.
Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia
Played On 02/01/2018What a nice course!
The course was in great condition. By no means was it easy...from the putting to the driving. We were fortunate to be playing with someone who had golfed there many times. The power cart and gps were a bonus. Hope to replay this course soon! The only negative was the pace of play...we waited on quite a few holes...but did manage to finish on time.
Poston Butte Golf Club
Played On 11/13/2017Fun day at Poston Butte
We arrived at the course early and had time to hit a few balls at the driving range. The starter gave us clear instructions about the course...which was helpful. The pace of play was good. We especially enjoyed the back nine...which is more lush and scenic.
We went because it was run by Troon....which has a great reputation of running golf courses.A cart with gps would of been nice and we expected that a Troon course would have them on their carts.
Had a fun round with a nice couple from Canada.
Superstition Springs Golf Club
Played On 11/09/2017Very challenging for the average player
When we arrived early at the course we were pleasantly surprised when they asked if we were ready to play. We were. The round was challenging and we found that there was a lot of walking because of cart paths only...we would choose to only go there when you could freely drive your cart on the fairways. Hole number 9 is under construction, the course made it into a par 3 which changes things if you are using a handicap system. Everyone there was friendly from the lady at the counter to the starter. This course is not easy by any means...with all the water, trees and bunkers. It's a course suited to more skilled players or to someone who has played it many times.
Resort at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort
Played On 01/07/2015scenic course, no homes!
Enjoyed our golf round at the Tacquitz Creek Resort. The course is both scenic and challenging. It offers plenty of challenge to all handicap golfers. Some long holes as well as greens surrounded by bunkers. We intend to return.
