The restrooms should be immaculate. This is the main reason women do not return. Once they see bugs, cob webs, dirty seats, it’s a loser. I want to bring my wife out, but once she sees a spider, game over.

Overall, course is playable. However, the last few times played, the driving range was closed to members only. Warming up is essential. They will lose money like that. Not sure what is up with that. Bunkers are in bad bad shape. The water hazards are all green and stinky. The cart paths are a wreck. If you suffer with back issues, the rough cart paths will surely add aggravation to an already tough course. The whole course needs attention. Parts of the fairways have this bare hard ground you can break a club or wrist on.

I only put poor ratings, because I did not get a chance to play because of the weather. I booked a hot deal last week and now I can't get refund. Miserable day. Webb and the staff are ok, but the course could use a facelift, eskpecially the restrooms. Thats why women stopped coming, because who wants to sit next to bugs and filth while they "tee tee" (pun intended). Brec has the worst amenities out of all the courses I've played. They just added some water fountains to Beaver Creek to replace the crusty coolers with 3 day old water we used to have. Bravo for that, but far from perfection overall.

Overall, the Bluffs is one of my favorite courses, but I continue to express my frustration with the condition of the bunkers. Some have sand with rocks, others have no sand. I'm not sure if there is a shortage on sand or if they're getting sand from nearby Thompson's Creek, which would explain the rocks I guess. Hole #2 has been shorten to a par 4, but we were not informed of this at check in and the scorecard still shows par 5. It's not a round ender, but we would have played the hole differently.

The course is ok. It would be nice if they fixed the dead spots in fairways, fixed bunkers, and improved the greens and make them faster, maybe run about a 12. We played the front nine smooth even playing behind a 5some, but when we made the turn, we discovered 3 people skipped ahead of the 5some and started on back 9 causing a log jam & threw everybody's game off. It was so rude. No staff were out regulating the course.

We understand it's tough managing a golf course, but somebody please do something to help out. The course used to be down right magic, but somebody faltered along the way. The greens & bunkers are bad. There is no need for rough grass since there is this high pompus grass that swallows balls up. The one plus of the course is Hailey & Aron. Both are gorgeous.

Course is great even after the flood, but the bunkers need serious attention. I damaged my sandwedge when it struck an imbedded rock.

For the majority, everything is ok, BUT, I think the staff should advise the patrons of course conditions before they pay their money. The young lady didn't tell us it was carts on path until we had already paid. At least give people the option of deciding whether to play or cancel. Also, on the weekend, the tee times are booked too close together. It takes the average group of four approximately 12 minutes to complete a hole, but the tee times are being booked approximately 8 minutes apart, which means there's a traffic jam at every tee box from #1 to #18. We have stopped playing on weekend becuz of that. If you'd like more business, space tee times out & hire a couple of marshalls to keep pace of play going. The cart girls are awesome tho. Love me some Chelsey. (Sorry if I misspelled her name)

The course is awesome, BUT the bunkers are in terrible shape, just dirt & thousands of rocks, which changed mode of play because rocks will damage club face.

Love the course. Will be returning first chance we get.

It would be nice if they can put windshields on the carts to block the wind and rain.
