Bearing in mind the time of year the course was in good condition bunkers great since i was in most of them pace was great 3 hour round. Greens had beens punched but were still nice to play on. Didnt use the bar

Start when you want we were told so after a bit of chipping practice off we went. There are elevation changes on a few holes but the first hole is the most dramatic (for Florida). First couple of holes are in great condition when you get to the third the fairway is well shall we say in need of a bit of TLC, its been left to its own devices for too long maybe its work in progress? This continues the rest of the way round. Its not in pristine condition. its only the fairways though the greens are in great condition. Make sure you read them well. The course is nice to play its not in pristine condition but your not paying pristine condition course prices either. I’d play it again but take more care over the green reading.

Played here before albeit a long time ago and its change a bit I rember it being target golf over rocks not any more maybe thats rattlesnake.
Everyone nice and friendly as you would expect nice wide driving range as part of green fee so get there early. Couses in great condition and recently been overseeded one was cart path only and the other 90’ rule no big deal ecept for the 90+ heat.
I really love starr pass dont know why because I dont score well but i could play it day after day. Especially since its good value.

Having read previous reviews I was a bit worried about the course. Apparently the golf course as nothing to do withe the community or the hotel and neither will allow them to put up any more signage. At least so i was told.
With this in mind when getting there
Go pst the guarded gate house up to the top and turn right go straight past the “Lowes” Hotel on the left on your right there’s a spa on your left at the front of the spa there’s the golf shop. Check in there, someone brought up a golf cart to transfer us to the range which is miles away. Its just different. Everyone was friendly the course was well maintained with lots of holes that would be signature holes on many courses. Really enjoyed my day could have been a nightmare finding my way round. But every I spoked to explained very well

Nothing much to say about this course. What you see is what you get its an executive course with a long par 4 bordering par 5 every one friendly staff as well as locals course well kept. Greens really really well looked after, we were cart path only

Excellent course well maintained pace not bad I’ve had alot worse. Greens nice and true its a straight course up and down and the down and back but its no picnic would be hard pushed to find fault with it. Infact their isnt anything to find fault with.
Expect to have trouble finding ball if not on fairway but then thats the idea.

Nice course flags can be seen from most tee boxes very windy when we played. every one quite nice those of you expecting to see a prestine vegas type course its not but it is good enjoyed my round would play again

great course. well kept as you would expect for this sort of money played all three courses some are more scenic than others with the stunning 8 on canyon lovely.
my only gripe was the GPS too many adverts Especially the 4:29 screen pain in the neck its the slow play screen well its cart path only so pace is slow.

Nice course what you see is what you get nice finishing hole every one friendly no nasty suprises except for 18
Green could perhaps be a little better but as i seemed to be the only one repairing them its understandable

Bag drop went well Checkin went well starter nice and friendly.
they wanted to pair up with someone which i like . But they wanted us to share carts which considering we are unknown quanitities can make for a long round i said no, so i got my own cart.
Course was nice wind wasn't. Beverage cart girl was pleasent but the turn is on the other side of the course. Their is a kiosk On the other side selling food and drink.
Be warned though it is a lovley course but play from the tee for your handicapp the first hole might be easy from the back tees but the rest not quite so easy as the guy smahing his clubs againt his bag in a temper will testify.
Great course well worth playing but its not a resort course

Nice course nice and open to start with gets narrower as it goes on lots of elevation changes and houses on course though not in play on most of the holes on some they are. Pace was a bit slow in fact very slow a group in front were so slow a group of four ladies caught us up i let them throug but the group in front no way

Excellent course a bit wet in places but we played early but it wasnt all dew cart path only on a few holes because off the wet. Playes nice greens not too hard or soft water on a few holes but great course nice company great weather 2 birdies. Whats not to like

At least it wasn't snowing this time this is a muni course and was in nice condition round took just a few minutes over 4 hours for a twosome and it was a slow day we had a couple of mins on each tee box. The greens were in good shape not as good as some but very true refreshment cart was frequent but no on cart coolers mainly because this is where the locals play

What can i say about rhis course its excellent pace of play was a tad slow but no queues on tees which isnt bad for a holiday weekend. It rained on the last 2 holes which soaked it through fairways became cart path only but the undulating greens held up well generally dont go long or too far left or right as your in the glades thedeal included lunch which was in the restraunt which was great cold beer and a wrap al thats was missing was a blackboard Telling you how much to replay the couse wife permitting of course

Excellent course played off the whites great round fairways cut nicely greens well maintained and not overly quick staff friendly refreshment cart prices bit inflated good gps system

First played this course about 5 years ago when it had skycaddies as gps systems so i was looking forward to a return match me verses the course and the gators
First no gators not one:( and the course needs maintenance nothing that stops you playing it or it being a bad round but weeds on the green stopped my ball rolling off:) gps is a bit of a joke its an app on a tablet and not a good app at that hole view was a poor satellite image which you cant see in the sun gives you the front back and flag yardages but sometimes you need more than that course played well but could use a little work

Played red and white courses in the morning its no frills course there's a driving range golf shop and a restraunt no gps no refreshment cart coolers though i did find out later that you have to ask for a complementary cooler the course was excellent nicely kept and greens in good condition didn't charge for ridealong the are a few shelters around the course which we utilized as there was a clap of thunder and every one and i mean everyone headed for shelter boy did it rain and hail. Thats when you notice the carts dont have windshields. Rained for about 20 mins then stopped we gave it another 10 then finished my round never did find my partners the course handled the down pour very well. You could do a lot worse than play this course in southern orlando. Excelent

40 bucks plus tax for unlimited golf range balls sleeve of balls (3) club hire if required sandwich fries soda at lunch free ride along whats not to like.
The course is in great shape considering the conditions its under baking sun everyday some of the greens are a little ropey and unless they close them dig em up and returf them but they take no prisoners and its no reason not to play what is otherwise a great course where there are plenty of blind holes and 5 tee boxes

The course was in good shape given that he temperatures were over ninety pace was quite slow but it was busy its a difficult course if you play off the wrong tees (golf doesn't like macho) main reason for a poor report is just purely there was no ice for cool boxes and the drinks cart may or may not be available depending if the driver turned up consequently i was fried by nine its a cashless resort which is fine but the terminals weren't working so they had to do it the old fashioned way but theres nothing wrong with the course or the staff (drivers of refreshment carts excluded ) oh we had a gator about 5 foot in the pond next to the 9 tee box so be careful out there
