The course was roped off as carts only. I did not know this when I signed up. I am disabled and would not have signed up had a known. The carts are equipped to only allow backing up when you get in restricted areas. I told the pro shop I was disabled and they said they would disable this on my cart. They never did. As a result I was forced to walk a significant distance with hazardous conditions several times. I understand they do this to protect the condition of the course but it should be stated before allowing tee times to be booked. It definitely would not be approved by the Americans With Disabilities Act. Was extremely disappointed.

If this course were in an area that afforded more play and had a higher budget, it was cost many dollars more. We had a good time. Yes it was mostly brown, yes there were muddy areas and yes the greens weren't great. But put this up against some other course around here that charge a lot more and you have a very enjoyable bargain.

They pack the tee times so tight it's almost unfair. This was my third and last time playing here. This was the third time I played and the third time I've experienced three groups on one hole. It's a good course but just not worth 5-6 hour rounds.

Course conditions were fair at best. The back nine lay out is extremely challenging for the first time you see the course. A lot of blind angles and fairway runouts. We waited on every hole for every shot. It's not a course I would want to play again even at a discounted rate.

Nothing really wrong with the course conditions. But for my taste this is not a course I would want a steady diet of. It's target golf with a lot of blind shots.

This should be ashamed to call itself a resort. It is old and rundown. While the course conditions aren't horrible they have a lot of room for improvement. I didn't care for the layout at all but that is my preference. Be ready for a horribly slow round. The driving range is a pathetic piece of dirt. there was no club wash. On a Monday there were 3 groups on the 15th tee box. And, we never say a Marshal all day. We finally quit after 16. I would not recommend this place nor will I return.

Overall it's a nice layout. The course wasn't in the best of shape but not horrible either. The pace of play wasn't bad but would have been better if they had a marshal. It would definitely be worth a try if you haven't played it.

The course itself is a good track. He has risk and reward, easy and difficult. The course wasn't at it's best but then again I was not playing in prime season. It's a good course and I would play it again.

I understand my play was in January and the course was not showing its best. But still, it just wasn't in that great of shape. I was really surprised at the condition as this is the ASU golf team home course. Still, I would play it again in prime season just to give it a fair chance. As far as the staff goes, the interior staff were very friendly and professional but I think someone gave all the cart guys and starters lemon and vinegar for breakfast.

Except for the pace of play, it was an enjoyable round. The course is in reasonably good shape and provides a good challenge of golf.

I was first struck by the fact there was no driving range to warm up on. The net they have is by the first tee but you can't even go down to it until the starter lets you. Thought this was odd for a course that was supposed to have a higher rating. The pace of play was horrible. It was like a death march. Overall, the course and it's condition was okay. Especially considering the heavy rains they have had. I doubt that I would ever play here again but it's worth at least one visit.

This is not a "blow you away" course. It's a throwback muny course designed to let you get out and play. It is a fair test for a good value.
