I can't believe there is no starter who can at least manage the start time, as a couple of guys started their tee time 30 minutes earlier when there was no one at the first tee box.

The management team decided to stack group after group with a 5-min interval. We were four and started on 1st tee with another four-some group in front on the fairway. As soon as we finished with 1st hole, things started worst. There were 3 groups (double - waiting at the teebox; 3-some: on the fairway; 4-some: near the green). There was no marshal nearby. We even called the proshop, but the line kept ringing without anyone answering. Hole 1 and 2 green are like walking at the dog park with weeds and sand. INCONCEIVABLE!!! We ended up leaving after hole #5 without bothering to ask for the raincheck because I will never come back to this non-sense course.

Bare dirt fairway. This course is going down hill so quickly. Hopefully it’s getting better when longwood reopens. I’m not going here anymore till they improve the course.

Green on specan and plantation courses were filled with sand. It was like 6 months ago, and the condition only got worse!

I decided to come back to play this used to be my go-to course but what’s a shock! Most greens are patched with sand and dirt. Fairway is like the ice skating with pure dirt. Also, my front windshield was smashed. Ít looks like someone threw golf balls at it

The course condition is very bad, but it’s good the money I guess. They had me on pecan and grove this time, and both courses were as bad as they had been last 6 months I played. Not sure if I want to come back to ply here again

There are several 3/4 player groups in front of us took a significant amount of time to find the balls. The worst is that they won't let us through. At the back 9, one group came after and mentioned that they were supposed to be next after the other group, and we ended up letting them play ahead of us. There should be a marshal around to speed up the pace of place. It took us nearly 3 hours to finish front 9, and we left right after hole 10 as it was extremely slow with the 2 groups in front of us. I demand a rain-check.

There were 3 cart left with no windshield and the seat has no cushion on the driver side. Cart needs to be update please.

The course condition is the same without any improvement at all whatsoever

Where do I begin here? The pace of place was so horrible and there’s no where to see the marshals on course to speed up the groups in front of us. There’s no golf etiquette whatsoever for the foursome group in front. I am perfectly fine with bad/new players but not the slow players. At the tee#9, the group in front of them already on the green, and this group still waited. They were senior players and the thought they can drive the ball to green from their forwards tee? Give me a break! I thought I came back for a better experience but it wasn’t. Same issue!

Not sure what to put my review for this time. The pace of place is good but course condition is horrible. The sand is all over the green. The green is not called green but brown and dirt

It’s definitely value for the hot deal. Starter is super friendly and helpful. The fairway bunkers we’re full of water from the rains last several days.

The pace is good. Staffs are super friendly! Course conditions can be better as there’re many rough spots on the green making it impossible to putt and the sand is soaked wet

There was a 3some in front of us (double) played extremely slow and tried to find their balls in the jungles. They even tried to putt in 2 feets and missed. And there’s no marshal to be found throughout 18 holes. We ended leaving at hole 17 since we waited an average of 4-5 minutes each hole. Inconceivable!!! Please have marshal out to speed up the pace

There was a foursome group ahead of us, and they were extremely slow. There was no one on the green or fairway, but they just stood at the tee and chit chat. We call the proshop, but they don’t have Marshall on duty at that time. We ended to leave after hole 16 nearly 5 and half hours. UNBELIEVABLE!

Don’t know what to begin to describe how worst this course had become. We played post and pines, and both courses were completely in the worst condition. Green and teebox were like bare dirt without grass. I paid $50+tax for a round and expect at least a decent courses to play. I wan my money back! TERRIBLE courses. SAVE YOUR MONEY and PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was so angry and disappointed with how they want to take the money and didn’t do a decent job to improve their courses.

The pace could be improved if there is available Marshal around so he could reinforce the pace of play. The foursome ahead of us was taking extremely time to move along.
