Course is in good shape and the fairways are filling in nicely and the greens are really coming around. There were a few spots on a couple of the greens but overall they were really nice and puts were tricky to read on some greens. I recommend if you are in this area that you should seek out this course and play it a couple of times.

Great shape and getting better. Lots of work done on this course, some sod lines still visible but not a problem. Looking great and will get better all the time. Work being done on hole 7 so it was cut to a par 3 but still have 18 holes of play. Looking forward to playing again to see all the hard work filling in so you can’t tell it is freshly redone. Only 4 stars for now but definitely a 5 star operation.

This course is in far better shape than many of the courses located nearby. Public course that has a well educated staff and very knowledgeable greenskeeper, The greens are in very good shape and the fairways are also nice. Definitely worth the money considering the caliber of courses in the area that charge 2 or 3 times more to play and are not as nice as Fort Walton's municipal courses.
