First the good: Greens were very good, ball rolled true and speed was consistent. Fairways were good but could have been cut shorter. Quite a few wet, squishy areas, undoubtedly from recent rains.
The not so good: Rough was unplayable in many areas, and that was IF you could even find your ball. Playing from the white tees, (6000 yards) is a bit much for those of us over 70 when stuck on the cart paths. Seems to me another set of tees between white and red, at about 5500 yards, would make this course much more enjoyable for many of us older pkayers.
The poor: Pro shop person was anything but friendly. After checking us in without a smile or a welcome, he mentioned we would be on cart paths only, which I did groan about. As we turned to walk out he told us we were
"mats only" on the range. This elicited another groan, to which I was told, in a rather smart alec way, "that's Florida golf". I continued outside just shaking my head, knowing full well that he had no idea what he was talking about since I have played many, many rounds of Florida golf at courses where they have grass on the driving range. Once at the range it was clear that this course also has grass on the driving range and it really looked nice. It needed to be mowed but it looked good. Probably saving it for the snowbirds.
I hadn't played here in a number of years and I won't be going back anytime soon, primarily because of the unfriendly attitude in the pro shop.

Course is mostly in good shape. A few greens had some bad spots but o really greens in really good condition. Course was not crowded and pace of play was excellent will at here again, sooner than later.

Played this course 4 months ago and conditions have improved since then. Most of the greens were in good shape and putted well. Would have liked more grass in the fairways but its that time of year and it wasn't atrocious. Course was crowded but pace of play excellent. Waited periodically but never long. For the price this was a great value. Paired with three Canadians and had a thoroughly wonderful day in great weather!

Moderate length course with some challenging holes. Course is in good condition, greens were quick. considering all the the courses available in the Myrtle Beach area, for the price this was a fun course.

Course was in good condition, rough was just that. Needed to keep ball on fairway to score well. Nice layout, good fun!

Challenging course in great shape. Greens had recently been aerated but I'm sure they are great based on condition of rest of course. Beautiful views of Vegas and the mountains. Excellent value for the money....

Fairways are in great shape, all players in group commented favorably on course condition. Greens rolled true and speed was good. The course is in excellent condition and you cannot find a better deal in southern Maryland. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff.
