I’ve played courses for over $100 that were not as nice and up kept as this one. Being an Arnie course, it has a great layout. Greens are tough but fair. They kept the rough in a very playable cut.

I’ve played all of the courses down here and this one is my favorite. Best staff and clubhouse. Next to Sandestin links, best layout, but this was in the best shape, hole for hole. I maifht be the most expensive in the area but after the service and first couple holes, I wasn’t worried about the price.

This course is a great deal. The current ownership has done a great job at keeping the greens in great shape and tee boxes consistently good. If this course was closer to the city, the could charge 50% more.

I play this course quite a bit because there is a handful of courses within 30 mins that are typically more expensive and rarely as good as bear creek. The course is fair but tough.
