Everything was great but the pace of play. 5 plus hrs too long for suck a nice course. After 5th hold, had to wait every hole thereafter. Got slower after the 10th. Guys in front so slow but the groups in front were extremely slow.
Greens were half the break they appear, fyi.

Best deal on the Cape by far. Where everyone else raises prices, especially in the summer, this place, stays the same and is always in good shape, kuddos to the ground crew.
You can play in under three or under 5>5 hrs, depends on who is in front of you. It can be packed at times.
Greens are always good and 99% of the time, fairways are in good to great condition. Staff is always friendly. It is a pleasure to come here.

Not well know but is great course. Greens were playing at a 10, so very hard to read. Course is always well kept and never a wait. A little pricey but that is what you get on the Cape.

Good little course with tight faiways. I stuggled though.Greens had titled cups, accuracy a must. 6 handicap but shot a +12 here, welcome to reality and not swinging a club for 4 months.
Course is good for under 40 with cart, Except for the two slow players(under 30) in front of us, play a round under 3hr at a leisurely pace. Staff good,friendly, easy going. Choose course due to closeness of the Hotles on the beach in Sunny Isles.Not the best, not the worse. I will go back again after I have 5 rounds under my belt and break 78! Stepehen - Boston,Ma

First time here. Close to where we were staying. Cant beat the price. Not very challanging but you need to place you first shots well or will be pay for it.
Good for 16 + golfers. As a 6 hcp, not the course for me.Pace was at my own and course was well kept.

First time here. 2 hrs to get here and worth it for the $$$$$$, will come again. Drove 47 miles out of my way on the way to Canada after seeing it on GolfNow.
Place was empty, I was one of only 17 golfer that day, Tuesday. Couldnt ask for a better day or better views. Greens were good,fariways in great shape, no complaints. Although the matainace stuff could use a crash course in manners. Not the friendliest of people on such a fine day.
I will come again for sure.

80 minute ride to get there but worth it. Nice course with a few blind shots and tough greens, help if you played there beofre or with someone who has, we did and it made all the difference.
Front 9 is fine,back 9 is a challenge. Holding a bogey on most of the back is very good. Greens are hard to hold on approach. Slopes like no others.
Will come back again soon to drop 5 strokes! At least that is the plan.

Great condition for the beginning of the season. Greens were lush but a tad thick. Fairways in great condition and a great value for the money, easily 50 plus course and then add cart fee.
Played 36 due to the quick play and condition.

local, easy access and long. ranger should check on the slow groups. had to wait for a 2 some while we were a 4 some, should never happen. By the 6 th hole, they had a full hole opening!!!!! A full hole. They should have let us play through. Kills the flow of play.
