Closed up country club that will soon be a housing development. Course is in good shape so play it while you can.

3:40 tee time and it takes 5 hrs 15 min to play 18 holes. Starter talked like a tough guy about speeding groups up. Painstakingly slow. Wouldn’t return for free.

Beware!!! The amount of mosquitos on this course is horrifying. Do not play here unless 20-50 mosquitos flying on, around and IN you won’t disturb your golf game.

Course is a joke. This place only puts gps in carts for members, the 60yd practice range uses foam/plastic balls and is for members only. They place Mr. Personality behind the first par 3 green who tells you to play faster. Play faster to wait on the next hole? Also was told by a ‘member’ that it was a course rule I was not allowed to walk and carry my bag. Is this a joke? What course, what country club bans walkers?!?!? Plenty of other nice courses, go there

This was my first time playing Tallgrass but I will be back soon. I am not sure if I saw one tree on the course but that definitely didn't make it easy. The Tallgrass and fescue comes into play on every hole if you are not accurate off the tee. The employee at the pro shop offered us some free range balls before our round but it was a bit disappointing that the grass range was closed and we had to use the mats.

I played this course on a very cold Thursday afternoon and arrived for my tee time (1:00 pm) at 11:30 hoping to hit a few range balls and maybe get out early. Upon arrival there were no other golfers around and when we checked in and asked if we could go out early the guy said no because we booked a golfnow tee time at a bargain rate. They made us wait for 90 min and in that time, not one person came to play. We teed off at 1 and they made us play the back nine first. The course was not wet yet there was cart path only rules. Because we were one of 3 groups on the course the ranger was watching us and bugged is 3 times about keeping the cart on the path. It took almost 5 hours to play because we had to walk back and forth to the cart for clubs and to look for balls. Horrible customer service being that the place is a ghost town and eerily dilapidated.
the course didn't have their bathrooms unlocked or their range ball machine unlocked by 11:30, that should be evidence enough that no one was around this place. I cannot believe they made us wait with nobody else around!!!!
