To cruse was in good shape the greens are good and fast the play was so so you could have played two rounds it the time it took to play one (53/4 hr) I will never go back .

Fairways need grass to many bear spots all ties are tight.the greens are slow and grainy make it had to putt.
Like the course but will not be back until condition improve

The course is in good some bear spots and the greens are slow and bumpy they need to be cut and rolled.

In general the course is in good shape the greens were fast and rolled nice they are not flat like most FLA. course so need to be on the right spot
fairways we in good shape but the bunkers need a lot of work.Weather was great pace of play OK

I have played at Zellwood many times but this time the course needs some tlc they had not cut the fairways in about a week I have seen shorter cut rough . The green look good BUT they were slow(I have seen turtles mover faster) and grainy made for a long day .

The course is in great shape fairway are in good condition greens are moderate fast and roll smooth.

The over all course condition was very good the fair ways were good and very playable. The greens were Aerated a few weeks ago and are coming back nice another week or 2 and they should be in great sharp they are still very payable and getting better very day.

the weather was great low 80's light breeze. The course was in good condition for winter'. The fairways and greens were over seeded. the greens were a little slow but rolled nice a nice course on a nice day it do's not get much better then this I will play here again well worth the money
