Course was decent but not worth the rack rate of $140…. Lots of dead spots on the greens, course lay out was nice. More of a $75-$80 course for the rate they are charging you can play a much nicer course in HH

First time I played the course, was looking forward to it. Met by a lukewarm staff at the bag drop, inside staff was pleasant. Rack rate was over $100, and didn’t include range balls. No holes on the putting green. No tee markers on the back 9. Looked like they had GPS hook ups in the cart but no GPS. For what you pay expecting a lot more...much better options in the area

Glad I got this course on a hot deal, not sure what the rack rate is but not worth it. Fairways were beat up greens supper slow. No marshal out there to control pace of play. Will not be back

Fairways were in good shape...greens super slow and sandy...did not role pure at all...overall worth it on a hot deal but wouldn’t pay full rack rate of $65-$70 to play here

Course was in good shape a couple rough tee boxes. Greens were not very good at all a lot of sand and didn’t roll true

First time playing nice layout the greens were in really bad shape. Starter was a complete jerk and treated you like you were a kid. Probably will not be back there. To many better courses around

Nice course and layout but pace of play was beyond horrible, on 5th tee box there were three groups waiting to tee off. This is after half and a half to play 4 holes. Called the pro shop to ask for a ranger to come out and speed up play. They did come out it finally got a little better. Course allowed a group of 5 to play in front of us. After 4.5 hours had to call it quits after 14 holes. Nice course but will not come back out until they figure out how to speed up play. If you have 6 hours for a round this is your place!!

Pace of play was so slow had to quite after 4 holes. Tee times seemed way to stacked on top of each other. It would have been a six hour round of play. Like the course have to do something about pace of play before I come back!!!

Course wasn’t in that bad of shape some of the greens were in a little rough condition. Got the tee time on a hot deal probably wouldn’t pay full rack price to play there

Good course probably best public one in Charlotte. Even with all the rain fairways were great and nice greens

This is truly a hidden gem, great course that is kept in perfect condition. If it was closer to the Charlotte area, would play it as often as I could. Well worth the drive, and would recommend playing this course if you get a chance.

This course is not worth it, as there are much much better courses in the area. The place is pretty much a dump, with a run down club house. Staff is extremely unfriendly, no starter on the first tee. Overall condition of the course was poor, looks like there was really no one keeping it up. Even with the Hot Deal this course isn't worth it.

Whenever you can get this course for a Hot Deal book it. Over priced for the regular rack rate, but one of the better courses in Charlotte.

First time I have played this course, really liked the layout, and enjoyed on the on cart GPS. Wish more courses in the area had this. Got a good rate through the Hot Deals, don't believe the course is worth the rack rate. Was very disappointed in the staff, not very friendly and as soon as I got home realized I had left a brand new cooler bag in the back of the cart. Called the course three days straight, and the cooler "never showed up." Very disappointed that their staff wouldn't have turned this in.

I have played FM a number of times, and unfortunately the fairways were in some of the worst shape I have seen. There were patches when you had to hit off of hard packed dirt in the middle of the fairway. Greens were also in pretty rough shape, usually a nice course but definitely needs some help to recover.

I had heard numerous fellow golfers take about this hidden gem so I had to check it out. It was well worth the 50 minute drive, as you cannot beat the price for a course this nice. By far the friendliest staff I have come across in a long long time. Course was in great shape and greens were fast but fair. Definitely coming back!!

Great course, in excellent condition. I believe it is the best course Charlotte ahs to offer, if you have a chance to play it don't pass it up!
