In a year or two this should be a real nice track. Layout is good, but at this point greens are very hard and don't always putt true. Tee boxes and fairways are fine. No amenities yet (no food or bev and pro shop is in a trailer). Worth playing now, but make sure the price is right. We got a great deal thru Golf Now ($25), so no complaints from us.

Greens were good, fairways were fine, tee boxes a bit scraggly.

Good variety in design from hole to hole, which isn't always the case in SW Florida. Fairways were excellent, greens were true but could have been a little faster. If you can catch a decent deal on Golf Now this is an excellent buy.

Fairways and greens in excellent condition, but could only give 4 stars for Course Conditions because heavy rain the last couple of days had washed the sand out of some bunkers. Played as a twosome and went around in 3.5 hours, even with a threesome in front of us. What they are charging currently to play the course is a steal. Highly recommend.

Beautiful day. Course was in good shape, although greens were a little slow. They were a very bright green so maybe they had just been fertilized recently? They still rolled true, so once you adjusted to the speed they were not an issue. UP is a classy place; not every day you see a croquet pitch!
