Got a hot deal on golf now ($60 for weekend). Got paired up with a 3 some. There are two par 3's within the first 5 holes so the pace starts pretty slow and gets a little better.

This course is more forgiving than most Desert golf courses. Greens were rolling very nicely. Staff is excellent.

I would definately play here again. Only lost 3 balls even though I was spraying it.

The rough funnels balls back to the fairway on most holes. The approach shots must be exact with proper trajectory and spin. Back 9 has more water in olay. This course requires good pitching skills. Greens are running pure.

Played on new years day 2017. Greens were much slower than usual but in good shape. Only bad thing was the pace of play. The 4 some two groups ahead were playing at the mind numbing 5 hour round pace. What ya guys waiting for?

Course is in great shape. Greens rolling true and fast. Fairways and tee boxes clean and lush.

Pace of play can be better but thats most courses.

I had not played this course for over 4 years because it was very expensive and the conditions used to be worse than muni conditions. I played this course on a late afternoon during a weekday. The course was empty so I was able to finish 18 holes in 2.5 hours and the conditions were very good. Like night and day compared to 4 years ago.

Conditions are excellent from tee to green. Some of the tee boxes were narrow and uneven but thats part of the game. The facility amd staff are top notch.

Tee to green: lots of elevated tee shots...safe to aim at most of the 150 yard marker. Almost every approach shot is uphill to an elevated green protected by bunkers. Cannot roll your ball to the green on this course.

Green: putting is even harder. Not only is the speed very difficult to judge but the reads are very subtle. Nothing is straight.

Sand: nice sand.

Overall a very difficult place to post a nice score.

The course is aesthetically pleasing on the eyes but dont let the beauty fool you. Keep the ball in the short grass or you'll bring some very large numbers into play. the greens roll nice and smoothly with subtle undulations.

The staff is excellent and they try to keep you moving. I got stuck behind a slow 2some but they let us through. Played 18 holes in 3 hours.

I play this course every week because they have 5:30am-8:30am blocked out for walk-ons, so getting a tee time is easy if you wake up early enough.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Many people think every hole looks the same, and while that may be true, it still provides what you look for in a good golf course...nice tee boxes, well kept fairways, and fastest muni greens that roll true, and 4 hrs 15 mins pace of play.

The only bad thing might be when you tee off early in the morning, the sun is directly in your light of sight so always have a friend keep an eye out on your ball.
