This was my first time to play the Raven course. It was damp as it had rained hard the night before. The course was in decent shape for this time of year. The layout was nice for a resort course, but not that difficult. I liked the island green hole. The pace was a bit slow, but not that bad. May have been because I was playing alone and had 2 foursomes ahead of me that I could not pass. I did feel the course was a bit overpriced compared to other courses in Florida and Hilton Head, not to mention my home state of MN.

What a way to end my vacation, on a beautiful course, on a beautiful spring day,, and shooting my best round of the trip. Considering this is late March, the course was in excellent shape. It is well taken care of. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. It's starting to get crowded now with vacationers, so the pace was a bit slow, but not too bad. When you ad in taxes, etc. I feel the price is a bit high, but that's Hilton Head on one of the better courses. I'll be back next time I come down here.

It was a gorgeous day at Hilton Head with temps in the mid 70's. Everyone was at the course, so pace of play was slow (4 1/2 hrs). For March in S.C. the course was in very good condition. The best of any course I've played down here this month. The greens were particularly in excellent condition. The course itself was fun to play and challenging enough for a 12 handicapper. I will play it again on my next visit to HHI.

It was my first time on the Plantation Hall Robt. Cupp course. I was pleasantly surprised with the layout and condition of the course. Being the second group off, the pace was very good. I'm sure later it would be slower. The overall course condition was very good. The design of the course, and the difficulty was perfect for an intermediate experienced golfer. I would recommend this course to other golfers.

Got out for a round with my son-in-law who hasn't played in awhile. The day was sunny and almost perfect. We were the first group out and moved along quickly, finishing in about 3 hrs. The course is in good shape, but a few of the greens had what I would call winter kill on parts of them. Other than that, nothing special.

It was a bright sunny 38 deg. morning when I teed off at 7:45 A.M. at The Country Club of Hilton Head. Being from MN. I'm use to this kind of spring weather golf, so it didn't bother me. the course was in fabulous shape. I'd rate it the best course I've played in Hilton Head over the years. The greens were immaculate and consistent. It was just a fun course to play and in a beautiful setting. For a few years I thought it was a private club and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get on. I will definitely play it again.

It was a cool & slightly windy morning. I hadn't played Shipyard for 4 yrs. I wasn't disappointed. For this time of the year the course was in pretty good shape. The greens were excellent. Being a Yankee, teeing off in the cool early morning was not an issue. Consequently, the course wasn't crowded (except for alligators sunning themselves) so we were able to move at a good pace and finished in about 3 1/2 hrs. The price is a bit high for a senior and what I am use to, but this is Hilton Head in March and the rates just went up. Overall I enjoyed my outing.

It was not the best day to be golfing with it about 50, cloudy and windy, but being from MN, and day golfing in Feb. is a good day. The staff, especially Bryan were extremely friendly and helpful. Considering the time of year and the wet winter, the course was in extremely good shape. Some of the greens had some minor winter (?) kill, but otherwise the course was good. The pace of play was excellent. I finished in just under 3 1/2 hrs. The course design is fun to play, but is not a killer. I will be back during my stay at HH.
