Really liked the course layout, fairways and greens in very good shape, the bunkers have no sand in them, it is dirt and after it rains they are either mud or as hard as concrete, thankfully I didn’t end up in too many because it cost me a number of strokes.
However the course is an enjoyable and it was close to the 4 hour 10 minute round they suggest on the score cards, but that could be due more to the level of some of the players.

This is an excellent course and the pace of play is excellent. I have played this course often over the last 20 years and enjoy the layout.
However, the greens are in poor condition this year which is very unusual. The speed of the greens were were also slow probably due to the poor condition.
I still recommend playing this course.

This course was in very good shape, geeens, fairways and tees were well manicured. The fairways are very forgiving and the greens fast, this was a very good test of golf. I would recommend this course and will play it again

Second time I have played this course and I like more each time I play it. Nice layout, greens were in good condition. I will play this course again.

Great round of golf for the money. We went out early enough that we were only a twosome and finished the round in 3 hours. Greens were in good shape maybe a touch slow but very playable. Enjoyed this course and would play it again

This course is an average track but on the day we played the greens were in awful condition and they were covered in top dressing which didn’t help much either.
This could have been dealt if the staff had been up front and honest but I had one staff member tell me the greens were in good shape. I will not go back to this course and will not recommend it to anyone.
One positive that day, the starter was very friendly and helpful.

We were here in Phoenix for a week and played this course on Thursday and already had booked Friday or we would have played this course again. Will play it next time we're back and also try the Pine course at this club, heard it is comparable to the Palm course.
