Conditions were marginal. I’m sure the the course will be in better shape as spring comes but will never be a course that I would consider nice. Lots of course damage due to rain wash out areas. Weeds and unkept areas were an eyesore. Hoping I’m wrong regarding condition later in the season. The price was good.

Greens slow and hard. Half Fairways need grass. Layout is good. Course has great potential but lacks attention.
