Last played here in October and the only thing I can complain about is the greens were a touch on the slow side for Rustic Canyon. Otherwise it was epic! Course is in fantastic shape the greens look unbelievable but like I said a touch on the slow side for Rustic but I’m sure as the wind and heat crank up they will be back to marbles on linoleum. It is still my favorite course. Enjoy!

Fairways, greens and tees are great. Greens we’re rolling really good. I would definitely play here more often.

The course was in great condition. Greens were rolling nicely. Fairways were good. This course is a great challenge. It plays a lot longer then posted but the short par 5’s give you a chance to get some birdies. Although, it was a pretty slow round. Still highly recommend this course.

I liked the layout. The greens looked great, rolled nicely but were a bit on the slow side. Fairways has some rough spots but overall I did enjoy it. If I were back in the area I would play it again with a little course experience under my belt. Oh, I liked the shapes of the greens they definitely had cool complexes.

Fun course, greens were in great shape and rolling fairly fast. But the 5 some in front of us la-gged! We waited on every shot. My 7 year old didn’t play the last 2 holes cause he was over it. And this kid plays 18 holes once a week sometimes twice a week. If you can get out early. Do it. Otherwise I would pass one playing late in the day.

Played east and north course with my son for a part of his 7th birthday celebration weekend. Unfortunately, we had little to celebrate. We got to the course early to practice. The driving range is covered but no drivers allowed and the hitting surface is on a pretty noticeable slope. When we went to check in the staff was nice but the shop pro did mention he had a lot of fivesomes on the course. SMH. We were paired up with two guys who were really cool and were cool with the fact that my son was playing. They pointed out it would probably be a five to five and a half hour round anyways and there was little chance my son would hold us up. The course was in pretty good shape in some parts and absolutely horrible in others. But the course plays so quick on the hillsides that a fantastic shot was penalized to roll off the fairway into the rough or off the course altogether. Also, the course was under water pipe maintenance in some holes and a few times my ball made it that way and was unable to find. Three other times I hit a decent drive or shot that should have been easy to find only to be riddled that the ball had magically disappeared. On top of all of it the course was probably a bit to hard for my kid even though he did have some really good shots. We left after I hit a bomb on the 4th hole (our 13th hole) of the north course after I couldn’t find the ball. We were mentally checked out of the round. One positive this is the greens. The are nice and rolled really well. One highlight of the day was one of our playing partners holed out for eagle from about 150yds on the 4th hole of the east course. So, all in all I will probably not play here again. The greens are nice but I’d rather safe money and the travel and just not play if had to do it all over again. The place just isn’t my cup of tea.

First off, the staff was one of the nicest I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From the shop to the grill. Really nice and accommodating employees at this establishment. The course was in good shape but the greens are in fantastic shape and are rolling fast and true. I played with my almost 8 year playing kid he played from the green tees and had a great time.
If you are looking to warm up and hit balls go down the street to Olivas and then drive back over. That’s the only downside to this course. Otherwise, we will be back in the near future.

They are due to over seed soon. The greens were a little beat up, some bare spots but nothing to really ruin anything. They still rolled fast and fair. Fairways were pretty fast too. I look forward to the next time I’m in Palm Springs playing here again.

Played this morning. My friends and I got a single that had the course knowledge and it made the course even more enjoyable. The fairways were in great condition the greens were in great condition. Had a fantastic time. I didn’t shoot my best but had an awesome experience. Always wanted to play here and finally did. Coming back for sure.

Super fun and challenging course. Only downside was the greens were punched but still rolled fairly well. In two weeks they will be tip top shape. They had junior tees for my kid which was awesome. I would definitely make the drive from LA again.

Course was in good shape. Greens are pure and roll pretty fast. Super fun course. Definitely worth the drive from Los Angeles SFV area.

If I could, I would play here at least once or twice a month. Finally got out to this gem. Only wish the greens were a tad faster. Otherwise, awesome!! Definitely playing again.

Greens were healing from being punched but they were really rolling nicely. They will be perfect in a few more days. One of my favorite places to play. Short but still really challenging course.

Super fun course. They have family tees which is great with my 7 year old. Bunkers have good sand. Only thing that sucked was the greens were sanded. But I did get 3 birdies and 3 triples as well SMH. Once the greens heal up in a few weeks this place will be fun to play. The course is pretty cool.

I’ve played here a few times in the last couple months but the course is in the best shape I’ve seen it in. Granted they are over seeding the tee boxes but other than that. This place is awesome! Fairways are in great shape. Some soft spots but during this time of year I would expect shady area to be a little softer. The greens crew has this course in prime conditions. If you live close by and don’t play here your missing out. I will be back as soon as I can. Super fun course.

Brought my 6 yr old to play here today. We have a great time. The greens rolled really well. The course was in pretty good shape. My son had so much fun he was ready to play another 9 holes. We will put this place in the rotation of smaller courses I can take my son to. We had a great time.
