Will definitely play again.

Short course with many challenges: narrow fairways, many ball above and below feet shots, multi-tiered greens. In new to the area but the course was in great shape; the first place I’ve played down here that actually had well maintained grass as rough. The two negatives I can offer, is that the range is about 150 yards long with restricted flight balls, and the cart paths are in dire need of repair. All-in-all great experience and I will definitely return in the future!

Enjoyable Round: Course Shows Lack of Effort

Decent course priced fairly. Power lines cause an eye sore throughout the course, but don’t come into play unless you wander far from the fairways. Offered mild challenges, but if you hit fairways regularly, you should be able to buy up a good number. My biggest qualm with the course was the lack of effort clearly shown by maintenance staff. We went off early in the morning, and when arriving to the courses “signature hole” around 8:30 the tee box was scattered with DAYS worth of broken tees.

Poor Value

Not a difficult course tee to green, but some tough greens and tough pins. I’m new to the Phoenix area, but the course just didn’t seem to warrant a $75 price tag. I’d choose the Verrado courses in a heartbeat over this at the same price point. I’d be willing to spend $40 to play this track, but if the price stays up, I’ll find alternative options.
