With all the bad reviews, I was hesitant to try this course. I’m glad I did, what a pleasant surprise. The greens were in awesome shape, smaller in size, but roll true. Fairways were in decent shape a few spots where you had to move your ball, tee boxes were also in very good shape and mostly level. Definitely playing here again. AS IN TOMORROW !!!! Staff was very helpful and delightful to deal with.

From Canada, any golf this time of year is good. Was leary for the price, got what was expected for price point. Greens were ok, some spotty, fairways coming, t boxes suspect, overall great course to fine tune before you hit some of the big boys. staff was great

Totally unexpected. Cudo’s to the whole crew. Golf trip. Played quite a few courses. This is one of thee nicer courses especially for the price. I would pay double what I paid in a heart beat. Check in smooth, helpful, starter from NJ very nice gentleman. I had a blast. Played w 2 beginners (sort of), they showed me where to hit etc… spot on. I am a low handicapper, that doesn’t matter on this course. Beautiful course. Very well manicured. It is now on my list. Thank you

In town from Calgary, Canada. What a pleasant surprise. Played 27. Bring extra balls. Try to play w a local. Hooked up w a local last nine, helped big time. Greens were awesome. Fairways awesome. T box fair to awesome. This is now a scheduled stop.

10 day golf trip. One of the nicer, friendlier, not snotty, courses we played. Very nice shape. Well manicured. Would definitely do it again.

In town for 10 days. Have played a few courses since being here. This one we would Definitely would play it again. Playing the tips makes it interesting especially w the wind. Holy trap city. Yes some of the bunkers could use sand, which is being addressed. Other than that, a very nice track. Great service. Not a snotty place.

Title says it all. You need to play it twice, once for the beauty, the 2nd time so you know where to hit. What a beautiful track. While in town give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Near end of season. Parts of course really drying out. Overall nice track, has some great scenery and some tough holes.

I was told to play this course. Front needs work. Dry dirt patches on front. Paint on greens. Very nice layout but dump some maintenance $ into the front. Back was nicer. I would play it again but not in any rush.

I’m fairly certain the locals who don’t want non-locals to play this course are giving bad reviews. I was leary to book. I’m glad I did. Wow. What a treat. The 3 finishing holes are so tough. Greens were great, fairways very nice. I was told by a member at Rio Pinar (very nice course btw) to not play Stoney. WRONG !!! All 7 of us who played Rio the day before and all 7 of us thought the same. Stoney was nicer and tougher. Water is on every hole. Highly recommend this course.

Course was challenging and offered beautiful scenery. Very well laid out with a lot of variety.
Staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Will definitely go back if we are in the area again.

Did the hot deal. Was very hot out. Came prepared. Hydrated lots. Played Faldo earlier in week. Palmer course tighter than Faldo. Very surprised how great shape overall the course was. Will definitely make this a destination course in future.

Great value if the greens weren’t in such bad shape. If someone was to pay full price I would demand my $ back.
