Attractive

This course is well maintained. There are a couple of holes that require some strategy. The starter makes sure you are well aware of the "obstacles" on holes 4 & 6. The big disappointment was the pace of play, almost 5 hours. The desert areas are played as lateral hazards. Everyone on the course should be playing ready golf. Didn't happen in the foursome in front of us. It's really easy to drop your cart partner at their ball then move on to yours. That small gesture would speed things up for all of us. Playing ready golf also applies around the green. No reason not to get around this course or any course in 4 hours. Come on golfers, be ready and keep moving!

Enjoyed the day

This was the first time playing the course. I thought it was a good value through Golfnow, about $30 less than regular green fees. It was fairly easy to negotiate and not a lot of trouble throughout the course.

Surprising tour of the neighborhood

The course itself was nice! The surrounding home were not so nice. Very surprised that we were driving our golf carts on so many surface streets to get to the next tee box. At times it felt a bit dangerous. Fortunately most cars were patient! We paid $63 per player which I thought was a but much after arriving. I'd play again if green fees were in the $30 range.

Surprised by the wash area

I've driven by this course numerous times and probably wouldn't have booked if I realized this was the course with holes in the wash. On this day most of those holes were closed so not an issue! However, because of the hole closures golfers were escorted to the starting location. The starter lost track of us. When it was 10 minutes past our t-time & we inquired about starting a nice young man offered that they were short personnel & took us to hole 7 on the north course to start. After playing 7, 8, & 9 we were escorted to hole 4 of the west course. After that it was straight forward. Although we played in 4 hours it did back up & we waited on the ending 12 holes.
