The course is showing signs of some neglect. A couple of greens have large spots of dead grass. Some of the sand traps have weeds growing in them.

Large tracts of what appeared to be formerly fairway rough are now dry areas covered in sand and marked as ground under repair making those areas unplayable. That seemed to unsettle 3 of the 4 in our group.

Wind came up unexpectedly for the last 7 holes. The air was full of very fine sand. Otherwise it was a very good experience for first 11 holes. The greens were faster than we would have liked but we enjoyed ourselves.

According o previous reviewers, this course has had issues with the pace of play. The course is quite an easy play and there should be no reason for such a slow pace of play. Either they are booking tee times too close or they need an active marshal.

This course is a bit rough on the edges. The T boxes and greens are not in prestige condition. Therefore, you can enjoy your time if you get a good deal on the Green Fees.

Course is in very good condition and well maintained. Being the first time playing this course, I found it sometimes confusing getting from green to next tee. Better signage might help.

Course is well maintained and the greens are fast and challenging. Lots of water and dense bush lining the fairways. If you can't control your shots, you will need extra balls.

We had an early morning T off with no one in front of us. We had a learner in our group so our play was probably slower than normal but the group behind us were not being held up. The weather was great and we enjoyed our time. The only disappointment was lunch at the end of our round. The food was good but staff could have done a much better job of cleaning the patio tables. Could have been five stars!
