Tanglewood Club
Played On 04/18/2016Much better
After a previous poor review of Tanglewood. It seems new management has come in and sand has been put back in the bunkers and a new set of cups and flags have been bought. Simple things that really clean up a course. And the overall condition of the course has greatly improved.
Sugar Bush Golf Club
Played On 04/16/2016Excelent
Sugarbush is an Excelent hidden gem of a golf course. Tucked out in Amish country. The tee boxes are clean and the greens are some of the most curvy and fast in the area. This is an enjoyable course because you don't need to take driver on everyhole. And some holes need only a mid iron to be in proper position. Yet the front has some long par 4's.
Painesville Country Club
Played On 08/26/2015Excelent
Painsville country club is an Excelent public course. The layout is the most interesting part of the course. And interesting par 36 layout is made by 3 par3s, 3 par4s and 3 par5s, which is interesting and quite nice. Also. The hotdogs are top notch.
Tanglewood Club
Played On 07/31/2015Eh.
Tanglewood has great potential. But it just doesn't live up to it. The clubhouse proshop needs a little repair and to stop flooding. Along with the course itself. One thing I noticed was that everyone who works at Tanglewood seems to always be in a bad mood. Everyone. The cart boys to the head of pro shop to the ground crew. It's just not that friendly. Some of the staff are just plain rude by cutting you off mid sentence
