Arlington is in good shape. For the price $42 it is a value.

Greens are very good. Fairways are cut very tight. Quite a few bare spots. Greens will be punched next week

I like the coarse layout but the conditions are poor. The are bare areas on the fairways , greens and rough. Grass in the rough goes from 8" to no grass. It needs a ton of work. It is a shame because when this place is in good shape, it is a fun place to play. I used to enjoy playing here, not now.
The conditions remind me of the Legends coarse before it closed.

Course was in very good shape. It is worth the price. It poured afterr 13 holes.

We were never informed the greens were punched until we arrived at the course. We were then told only 2 greens were bad. All 18 were bad. We payed full price. This was not right. We should have been told about the greens when we booked . They should not have charged full price.
I like this course but I am very disappointed on how we were treated that day.

The coarse has an interesting layout. You have canals going through for water sking.
The conditions are poor. There is very little grass (no over seed). The greens aren't much better.
They are adding new cart paths and on coarse bthrooms. I rather see the money go into the coarse.
