Course conditions are better than last year
Overall the course is better than last year, but the over seeding either didn't take or was skimpy. The cart paths have continued to deteriorate and would be the first place to put some cash. The pro shop is fine. But the inside of the club house needs to be refreshed. It is looking shabby. The carpet is really drab and old looking.
