I live nearby and have played many times. The course was bought several years ago by the town of Sandwich. It's a great value and maintained well. I can get crowded on weekends especially in the summer since it is on Cape Cod. If you like to walk, the front is great, the back is very hilly, so if you walk the back you should be in good shape! I really enjoy it in the fall with cooler weather. There are no water hazards on the course, which is built adjacent to conservation land. It's surprisingly hilly for the Cape and populated with oak and pine. A couple of holes have views of the ocean. On weekends you must take a cart. My favorite thing is to walk the front 9 during a fall weekday and it's very reasonably priced.

Played back 9 walking in the late afternoon. The course is very open, but wet (it has been a wet spring)). Greens were in good shape, but slow. No backup on back nine, front was slow due to league. Would recommend for the price $21 for 9). Would go again for this price. Staff was friendly, kind of a laid back spot.
