Staff was very friendly and they kept tee times on schedule. Greens & fairways were in good conidtion for the time of year. Only issue are the bunkers were pretty bad-mostly hard dirt or clay, lithle to no sand at all.

Always a pleasure to play the Palms course, pace was about 4hrs on a weekend! Weather in the Winter is unbeatable..

No complaints about course conditions given the time of year. Greens were extremly hard due to frozen ground but abke to adjust. Suggest on course marshall to keep pace if play moving. Largest complaint was the substandard set if rental clubs that u paid a “ premium” price for. Even after a second set was given. I’ve seen better sets at a garage sale for $10. Just saying...

Discounted green fee should’ve been prefaced with: cart paths only, greens recently punched, sanded, & slow,if u hit the green take a 2putt & move on (if you can) 4hr 50min round on top of that. I’ll pass next time

Greens were slow, appeared to be just average maintenance, played several other courses that are a better value, ie Todd Creek, Walnut Creek

Thank goodness i got a great rate thru golf now! Course is just ho-hum, nothing special. Layout is flat, back & forth, no imagination used & needs a makeover. Greens were very slow. Club rental rate at $70 is highway robbery!! Plenty of other courses in the area are a better value

Tee time delay of about 30min, not sure why so that didnt things off to a good start. Fairways & greens were slow due to recent overseeding or? Pace of play for a week day was slow for sure, not a good value even with the single rate it was booked at

The fairways and greens were both in excellent shape. Very challenging from the Black Tees even though its just over 6500 yards. Pace was way too slow however and it took 5:15 to play the round which is unacceptable.

Generously wide fairways and large greens, well manicured and in pristine condition

Course had just reopened within the past 3 days, greens were loaded with fertilizer and sand, furry, and very, very slow, bermuda grass is dead but playable, greens are small, not a good value compared to other courses I played in the same timeframe
