Customer service is non-existent
Look, I get it, this is a muni course staffed by middle aged white men who don't really want to be there. However, when they act like ringing up customers, or answering the phones is a greater burden than balancing the national budget, we have a problem. Basic courtesy and mutual respect is what is expected on the course, We should not have to ask for the same in the pro-shop. Just ring up the rounds, sell the buckets, and try not to act like someone is holding your family hostage and forcing you to work a job you hate.
