Played Tour 18 today and the course was in great shape. Fairways are full of grass and maintained excellent condition. Greens are very good and putt true with nice speed. Traps are good despite the amount of rain we have been having. Pace of play was better the usual ( 4 hours) despite the high number of players. All in all a great course at a very good rate. Well worth the trip to play.

We played on Monday, June 22, and a deluge of rain began while were playing the 3rd hole. It lasted a long time so we returned to the clubhouse and requested a rain check, along with many other golfers. We were told that it was Tour 18’s policy to charge a prorated green fee for the number of holes you completed instead of giving a full rain check. Having played golf for over 55 years all over the world, this was the first time I had ever heard of this and was completely disappointed with this policy. After making my displeasure known to the pro, he very reluctantly issued a full value rain check to all members of my group. I still feel this policy is bs and will not play there if there is a good chance of rain. I feel this is a very short sighted policy and should be changed in order for Tour 18 to continue to be a good value.

Played Tour 18 Monday April 27, and found the course in excellent condition. The greens were smooth and fast and fairways are getting a great growth rate after winter. The pace of play was very good (slightly less than 4 hours). As a senior the rate of $38.92 it fits very well in my budget. A great value on a great layout. The staff is professional and friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Tour 18.
