Played On 12/01/2017course set up for 'winter' play...
this course can be very nice in the summer, but the setup they use for off-season play is flawed.
the greens have been verticut, the pins placed on the very edges of the greens, and there is only 1 set of tees. 16 is a temp green. obviously the course thinks that this is the best way to maintain the course over the winter, but it makes for a silly game of golf. overpriced for these conditions.

course was in great shape, greens were awesome. course starts out with an odd par 5, with a diabolical green, that really requires local knowledge. 2nd hole is a par 4 that is incredibly difficult (should play from the back tees as a par 5) so, starting out double/double is not that unusual. rest of the course is very fair and fun.

considering it was march 23 on cape cod, the course was in excellent condition compared to other courses in the area. (we have had a very mild winter).
the course is very fun to play, with an interesting layout with good tee options.
i can't comment on pace of play, as the course was almost empty, and we played very quickly.
