Our foursome plays here often and unfortunately we are seeing a deterioration in the course condition. The fairways are becoming almost devoid of real grass and the greens are cut so short and are so hard that whether it's chipping or putting they're almost like concrete and at times making stopping the ball almost impossible. These conditions make enjoying the game very difficult. This deterioration has been gradual but it is unfortunately prevalent on almost all the fairways and greens. As I said we play here quite often, however due to these conditions we will be trying new venues for our next outing.

Our group last played here about a year ago and hadn't been back as the course was in rough shape then but we thought we'd try one more time. Bad mistake, the course is worse and even though the greens are fairly good but slow the remainder of the coarse is a combination of weeds, dirt and sparse areas of grass with weeds and dirt dominating the fairways, Adding to the terrible conditions, the pace of play was extremely slow +/- four and a half hours and of course no ranger.

Our group had not played here in over a year and it will be longer between our return next time if there is a return at all. In fairness the greens although fairly slow are in good shape however the remaining course is like a cow pasture. No grass and only a scattering of weeds with large areas of bare dirt. With the exception of the greens, the maintenance of the remainder of the course has not been attended to for a very long period of time and is beyond repair without a significant amount of money being spent. Even with these terrible conditions, the course was busy and the round took almost four and a half hours to complete. So not only was the course in bad shape, it was also agonizingly slow and of course no rangers on duty.

Under new ownership and showing positive signs of course conditions. Still needs additional TLC but is coming along nicely. One of mine and my wife's favorite courses as it is not long, yet very challenging.

We have played here many times over the past 12-14 years and saw the course maintenance start to go down hill just after the start of the pandemic but this is the worst I've seen it and may in fact be the worst golf course I played in the 40+ years of playing golf. The fairways are combination of dirt, weeds and sometimes grass but the worst and biggest maintenance issue are the greens. It appears as though they have not been cut in a long time and were absolutely "unputtable". The course should not have been open to the public until these greens are made "puttable". As an indication of the lack of maintenance the waste bunker on 16 was full of tall weeds and the drop areas were not chalked or signed, so unless you have played here previously you would have no idea where to drop. There are many more maintenance issues but this should suffice. I must add that the last time we visited the restaurant/bar the service was good as was the food and the beer was cold, however they weren't open therefore the rating I gave was from a past visit and not the date we played this time..

We played here a month ago and the course seemed a bit worn and need of some work both on the greens and fairways at that time. It appears that nothing was done and the course is in the worst shape I've ever seen it. I go all the way back to when it was Cutters Sound and now as Palm Cove. It has always been one of my favorite courses and it's a shame to see it in it's present state. We will return, but not soon and hopefully by then it will be in much better condition.

Our foursome hasn't played here in a while but the course is still in very good condition, dry in places especially the tee boxes but that is to be expected with the lack of rainfall. The greens are fast but very true and we enjoy playing here. Although only rated the 9th hardest on the course, we find the first hole to be the toughest on the entire course and wish it weren't the first test of our golfing ability (or lack thereof). Club house is nicely done however the food and bar prices seem out of whack, so we passed.

My wife and I have played this course many times in the past but this is the first time in eight or nine months and the condition of the course has gone downhill significantly. It maybe due to the drought conditions as it appears the sprinklers have not been utilized in some time. Although both the fairways and greens need work, the course plays fair and the green are fast and more importantly very true. Notwithstanding these conditions, we will return as it is one our favorite courses.

We play here often and seldom if ever have a problem with the pace of play, however this round was sickening slow. Two groups ahead of ours was a foursome of three ladies and one guy who were holding up the twosome directly in front of us and at least two twosomes following our group. As I said they were extremely slow and not about to let anyone play through although the golf course ahead of them was wide open as far as we could see.

Our couple play this course at least once a week and find it to be short but always challenging. For the amount of play this course gets in the season, the greens are in great shape as are most of the fairways however many of the tee boxes reflect the high amount of play and they could use some work although not a big deal.

Our foursome plays here quite often and have never experienced the problem we had this time. As there was a long backup to the first tee, we were told to tee off from the tenth tee. We complied and played that nine at a reasonable pace. When we got back to the clubhouse to play the front nine we were told that "they" should not have instructed us to tee off from ten and suggested we go have lunch as it would be quite some time before the first tee was available. Fortunately another gentlemen also said we should not have teed off from ten, but he said we could play the back nine again and he would try to get us on which he was able to do after about a half an hour wait. I don't know why the initial backlog on the first tee unless they overbooked but it was not a pleasant experience.,

Actually a 4.5, an executive course with several challenging holes. The course is fun to play and is in excellent condition.

Course in really good condition. Greens true and plenty of challenges. As we play husbands V wives, the length from the white tees is too much for us seniors but the next two forward tee's are too close together to be fair to the wives, so we played the white tees. Unfortunately, these tee's are just too long on five or six holes, making it very difficult and less than enjoyable so even though it's a great course we may not return.

I gave it a five stars understanding that this is an "executive golf course". The maintenance and the fairways show significant improvement over our last trip here several months ago. Also there has been a remodeling of the pro shop that is ongoing, the overall feel of the course is very positive and we'll return sooner than later.

Great course, some areas showing signs of water shortage but the greens were in good shape. The rough was quite dense and made playing form them difficult at best. The golf and bar staff were friendly and attentive, we'll be back.

Course shows some signs of the very dry conditions we are all experiencing, though nothing that affects one's play. All in all considering the present lack of rain the course is in very good shape as are the greens. My wife and I will return.

My wife and I play here when we can as it is a very challenging for our skills (or lack thereof) with two or three very difficult holes notably #9 and #10. Nevertheless we love the course and even though some fareways #5 in particular are dry, all the green are fine and great shape.

It's been awhile since we've played here, it was during the time of transfer of ownership and the maintenance of the course had been badly neglected. That has changed and the course is back to fine shape and we'll be back again in the very near future.
PS: I still think Eagle Marsh sound better than Jensen Beach Golf, but that's just my opinion.

We haven't played here in some time as when we played last time the fairways and greens were in bad shape. We thought we'd give it one more shot but the fairways although slightly greener in spots are still more weeds than grass and the greens are somewhat better but they still are not close to their condition of several years ago and it appears they never will be again. Such a shame as this course was in very good condition, again several years ago. As to the amenities, the restaurant was closed the day we played but when open has a nice cuisine and very good food.

Vista is one of 5-6 courses we play every month so we play here several times a month.Today the course was in great shape and with very few golfers on the course my wife and I played 18 in just two hours.
