This course was purchased by the HOA and they’ve nicely improved the course. It still needs some work especially on the greens. I have confidence that they’ll get them smoothed out soon.

Great Layout, greens need work
I have played this course many times and I love the layout but the greens are never in good shape. Also, the bunkers are usually hard packed. They really need to get the greens in shape and then they'd be top notch.
