Too many non golfers slow down the pace. It was a hot deal or I wouldn’t have bothered

Pace of play was excellent. You must take a cart or be in marathon shape to keep up.

The course was not busy. Greens were excellent for a public access course.
Twosome. We waited every hole but still finished in just under 4 hours.
Very good value !!!

Conditions get worse as the season goes on. Greens are too spongy, and you almost break your wrist trying to fix a ball mark.

Cheap hot deal, $13 plus on line fee and tax. Good value for money, but terrible fairways that were rock hard.
Greens were ok, slow, but at leSt receive water to keep them playable.
I much prefer the 18 hole executive course at this facility.

North course: Ridiculous elevation changes. This course is better suited to growing grapes for wine. 290 yd par four, tee shot to a postage stamp landing area, and then a huge wedge to a green seemingly well above sea level. It was only fun, because I wasn’t scoring for cap purpose!
Members must laugh at the first timers here.
Pro shop Staff were great! And restaurant Breakfast was wonderful, and served by smiling faces.
I’d go back, but only because if hot deal, $59++, I’d never pay regular rate here.

More elevation changes than I anticipated. Very challenging layout, even at 6,000 yards from the white tee. Worth the drive if you can get a hot deal. But not worth 100 plus as it is usually priced.
Staff were very friendly, except the halfway house, who couldn’t even provide change from a small purchase with a 20 dollar bill. I don’t mind offering a gratuity, but don’t force my hand at it by only offering me a handful of quarters as change.

The course is far away from any major road! It was a perfect day to unwind and relax on the course. Very peaceful, the only sound was the birds.

Leaves falling everywhere and grounds not cleaned or kept up to what I remember from two years ago!

I booked for two players with cart
On arrival I was told no power carts allowed because of rain overnight.
This was a very hard walk and my partner cancelled because he just couldn't walk it due to medical issues.
This was a poorly groomed course and a very difficult track to walk
I'm not happy !

I picked up this game from golf now.com and how can you beat $29 for an $85 golf course.

The golf course lacks a proper clubhouse. The washroom facilities are nothing more than a trailer parked on site. The golf course itself is above average in all areas.
The staff are friendly, the beverage cart attendant is very nice. The shop staff are talkative, and attentive. But the golf course is what brings me back there, as it is a great challenge each time. You-can play three different tee boxes to suit your game.

The golf course itself is no big deal. It has some quirky holes that I actually don't like. ie., # 12. Par 4 where 5 iron is required off the tee, even from the back tee's. I hate that.

One of my most favorite of all time. Great design, and close to town. Too bad it's run by people who just cut grass and trim trees now and then. It could be one of the most naturally beautiful and challenging courses in all of Ontario
