Eagle Creek Golf Club
Played On 03/02/2018Nice course but a little rough around the edges
Overall a great course and super friendly staff but the course needs some TLC. The greens ran true, when they weren't overrun with kill, the bunkers were deep but the sand was more like masonry sand versus the white fluffy sand I'd come to expect in Florida. Fairways were ok. Definitely worth a round but I wouldn't pay $80 for this course again. If you can get a deal in the $60s, it's a good course to play.
Shingle Creek Golf Club
Played On 03/02/2018Spectacular Course but beware.....pace kills
We opted to book an afternoon round at Shingle Creek yesterday as a way to cap off our week long golf trip. The pro shop was courteous and every staff member if friendly BUT when you know the course is PACKED, why not remove a few teetimes so that those who are playing MIGHT get a chance to finish the round.
We teed off at 2pm and made it to hole 14 at 6:30pm. 4.5 hours for 13 holes??????? you fn kidding.
BEWARE......or call ahead and find out what kind of day you are booking....you might not finish
Highlands Reserve Golf Club
Played On 03/01/2018Nice little track
Nice track, very undulating which seems rare for Florida. A nice track for mid-high handicapper looking for a challenging round of golf. The fairways and greens were nice and you can tell there is effort being paid to ensuring the best quality they can provide.
Clubhouse is small but appropriate for the course. I was hungry and got a monster chicken salad sandwich, all fresh ingredients and the woman serving us/making our lunch, was incredibly pleasant.
I'm a orange county national/hawks landing kind of golfer. I love the premier courses. Highlands is not at this level but well worth a visit. I had fun.
Panther Lake at Orange County National

I wrote a review about crooked cat and without repeating myself, make sure you plan 1-2 days to play at Orange County National Golf Center, this place is my favorite golf destination in Orlando.
Panther lake is such a gorgeous course. Fast, true greens, manicured fairways, scenic views. I love this place and play everytime I come through Orlando.
Crooked Cat at Orange County National
Played On 02/01/2018My favorite place to golf in Orlando!
I love playing manicured, high end courses and my favorite is OCN. From the clubhouse to the course conditions, to layout, greens, fairways, top notch.
Greens are fast and true, fairways manicured, layout amazing, scenery amazing, pro shop amazing. Like many of the courses, pace can slow down when busy but overall I felt that pace was well managed by the players and the marshalls.
If you are looking to golf in Orlando, give yourself 1-2 days at OCN, you will NOT be disappointed.
