Greens and fairways are in terrible condition. The staff is aware of the condition and they are making plans to replace all greens and improve fairways. However it is an insult to pay the prices they charge while the course in such bad condition

Greens were bumpy and in below average condition for this course. Usually they are excellent. Maybe because of cold weather. Fairways appear to not thave been over seeded Several were sprayed green.

This course is in the best condition of any course in Pima county. Fairways and greens are immaculate, Greens are in perfect condition; fast and putts roll true. Bunkers are well maintained with good sand base. Congratulations to the course superintendent and his staff on making this round a great experience,,

I understand that the course was recently sold to the HOA in Saddlebrooke. Course is in terrible shape from the standpoint of deferred maintenance..greens were the worst I have played on in some time. Overrun with poa Ana. Extremely slow and very bumpy. Putts could not hold any true line. Fairways, with a few exceptions, were devoid of grass and in need of water. Bunkers were hard sand and in need of maintenance.
Maybe the new management has not had time to resolve these issues. Until they do, they should advise player of the adverse condition in advance. The green fees were way to high for the condition of the course

Greens are in great shape. Everything else is below average. Fairways are spotty with several area of dead grass or no grass. Tee boxes are uneven with areas devoid of grass. Cart paths need to be replaced. Practice tee area needs grass and the practice balls need entire stock replaced. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
This course at one time was enjoyable to play. It now needs many improvements to make it an attraction for serious golfers to want to play it again.

Pace of play was geeat. Played 18 holes in 3:45 ..staff extremely efficient. Greens were perfect
