$4 rate increase for the courses suck. need more choices in the 24019 area

our round of golf was cancelled less than 24 hours due to vivid. I called the course and they were open . I asked about Gn and seems there's been a business cross up. We had reserved rooms and had to cancel. Enough is enough of this sloppy dealings with golf Now. Since the take over of tee off service has gone down hill. Prices have jumped in the 24019 area and timesare crappy. I'ma VIP now for years now and am feed up with you. Please do better. Your Hot Deal's are more than the walk on rates. Help me to stay with golf Now thxb

I am having issues with golf now and tee off . difficult to book at hanging rock . Prices have doubled since the takeover of tee off botetourt golf and swim club have doubled and the homestead courses are no deals at all. I was afraid of this when the merger was announced. . GN services have gone down hill since I became a VIP years ago. Up with the greed down with the service. Please have your sales dept. look at the price issues in the 24019 zip area . I would love to stay a VIP but greed is making it hard! thx.

Dylan Wright and the new staff make this great and beautiful golf course one of the best golf experiences in our Roanoke Valley. Work on upgrades to the cart paths and the fantastic greens will make the course even better. Keep up the good work!

Pro shop person friendly and club pro was cordial and welcoming. BCC has some green issues but the view is worth the experience. I like the course.

Staff person Ben was very friendly and I will recommend this course on his professional attitude.
