When we got to the course the starter yelled in the parking lot for us to put our bags on a cart. When we booked out tee time we booked blue/red. When we go to the course red was closed due to aeration. We had a group of 4, 2 from the Tampa area that came to play and the whole reason why we came to Royal St. Cloud was to play the red course because it was the only one we haven't played. Why was red an option to book if it was closed? The staff friendliness was the worst I have seen for that course in a while. Since red was closed all groups had to go off white/blue and it took us 5 hours to play 18. Course conditions were great but disappointed in how the staff treated us and also not happy we booked a 9 that wasn't even open!
Sorry you had a bad experience at RSCGL. We clearly screwed up with our booking engine. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Your comment will help us to avoid this in the future. Please send me an email and I will take care of a foursome in the future
