Oaks National Golf Club
Played On 08/17/2023Oh my GOD
Saw this on golfnow for 16 for 18 holes and thought I found a gem. First thing that should have let me know to stay away was a 630 tree time. It was pitch dark at 630 and couldn't see the ball until after 7am. And I didn't read the reviews of others who have played here. They were correct. They should pay you to play here. Greens were soft and slow. Fairways were not cut and rough was abhorrent. Had one hole where you teed off behind tall grass and you could not see where you were hitting. If you found you tee ball the second shot was more or the same. Paid for 18 and quit after 6 holes. Thought I would get more out of sleeping than playing. Would not play even it if was free
Glacier Club
Played On 05/28/2016Glacier Great Condition
Played Saturday morning as the first group out, only a twosome as the others did not show up. Course allowed us to go out and course is in excellent shape, greens are smooth and fast and rough is tough. A lot of construction going on around the course but still in great shape

Very challenging course overall, some minor problems with the greens, not as smooth as I have seen them in the past. Some damage from weather and not fully grown back in, made for difficult putting
Copper Ridge Golf Course
Played On 06/20/2014Great Deal
Played Friday Morning with a 7:30 tee time but was the first out on the course. Large group of seniors behind us presented no problem but 3 twosomes played through them and caught us. Not sure why they weren't paired as foursomes. Course difficult first time around as not sure exactly where to position shots or where hazards are located. when we made the turn in less than 2 hours course had sent 2 foursomes and two twosomes out on the backside, one twosome of seniors teeing off as we were putting out on number 9. Frustrating as it slowed the pace of play to a crawl, had 3 groups on one hole occasionally. Great course but they need to stop sending off groups on number 10, especially as a group is making the turn
The Valley at Wilderness Valley Golf Resort
Played On 8/2/2013Excellent Maintained
Greens were in excellent shape at Black Forest on this morning. We teed off at 645 am and there was no one in front of us. We had the course to ourself and played in under 3 hours. Greens had been cut and rolled true and the speed was excellent. Preferrred over Treetops, especially with the slow play there.
Jones Masterpiece at Treetops Resort
Played On 8/2/2013Pace of Play problems
Great course, not is as great of shape as I would have expected, the greens were kind of beaten up by the traffic, but we quit after 17 holes as there was no marshall on the course and the group in front of us had no one within 3 holes of them. We had to wait at least 5 minutes between each shot before we could play. Not enjoyable at all.

Cherry Creek Golf Club
Played On 7/10/2013Pace of play ridiculous during the week
had a tee time of 540 wednesday evening. Marshalls not on course enforcing pace of play and on 3 holes we were backed up 4 groups deep. Took over 3 hours to play nine holes. Would never play at course during week
