This course has some great holes. Overall, it’s a fantastic layout with nice amenities and friendly staff. The only concern was that the greens were slow.

I got this tee time as a HOT DEAL and it was a good deal. This is the best conditioned gold course that I have played in the Palm Springs area in 3 years of coming to this area. The pro shop staff were polite and attentive. The design is older and not really difficult if you keep your tee shots between the trees, easy to score. The fairways were excellent and the greens were the best I have putted in years, so true, so fast and so difficult. I'd play again in a heartbeat, on another hot deal for our Canadian Dollar exchange rate. Excellent experience and perfect weather.

There was a frost delay but they started everyone in a shotgun format and it was just over 4 hours to complete. The greens were in excellent condition but the fairways were terrible, some of the fairways had as much grass as I-10. That was disappointing and caused a few wayward shots. A bobcat trotted across the fairway on the front 9 like he owned the place, neat to see. The pro shop was well run and friendly staff. The good greens could not fully make up for the very poor fairway conditions but it's a good layout. I would play again if I heard that the condition of the fairways improved.

This is a very good course and I played on a special promotion for $69. The pace of play was a little slow for a 7:30 tee time but not real bad. The only concern was at check in, there was only 1 person working in the pro shop and it was a full 15 minutes of standing in line waiting to pay the green fee. The person was friendly under a lot of=f stress. The course is in great condition and all three of the people I played with said this was the better of the two courses. Overall, a very good course and experience.

The price for the round was excellent at $37 with a cart. The course layout and difficulty are very reasonable. The foursome in front of us took their time and it turned out to be a 4:15 minute round. They didn't keep up to the group in front of them. The only other concern was the coots on the course. In some instances, they have the fairways chewed down to the length of a green and it is hard to pitch shots from bare lies. There are thousands of coots on the course.

This course has many narrow fairways and in many instances, being off the fairway is in dense bush. This makes the pace of play quite slow, 4.5 hours in our case. The front 9 had very nice weather with a light breeze but standing on the 10th tee box, the breeze turned into a brutal wind with sand in the air and eyes, more than a 3 club wind. The layout is just okay and the cost is too high for the overall experience.

The course is not difficult and I'd say very fair. Tees for women make it an easier course for them. It was in very good shape. One thing to note is that the fairway bunkers are penal, often blasting out sideways is the only option. The sand is less than good quality. The price is too high for the value which is prevalent throughout the valley. Much better quality courses in Myrtle Beach for similar costs.

The course has lots of sand and wide open fairways. The round was completed in 4 hours and 5 minutes which is good for a mid day round. Staff were friendly.

This is a superior course to its sister course, the Legends. Well designed and you don't need driver on every hole, think your way around. The pace was about 4:20 and the conditions were good. Very much worth the extra green fees over the sister course.
