Flatbush Golf Course
Played On 10/03/2020No good
Broken carts, spotty fairways, Muddy tee boxes, pro shop barely had balls to buy, and I left after 4.5 hrs and only got to play 14 holes. Teeing off before 8am completely unacceptable.

We drove 1.5 hrs to play this course which boasted good reviews, however, our experience was poor. They had a small outing that went off just 15 minutes prior to our group without us knowing. We waiting a minimum of 5 minutes to hit every shot and the round took us over 5.5 hours. The worst part is that on hole 12 I made a call to the pro shop because there was 16 players on one hole, 2 groups on the tee and 2 on the hole itself. The pro said he’d be out and he showed up 40 minutes later which is when we walked off that green. They did nothing and offered nothing to prevent a poor experience for full paying customers. They should have blocked off more time for the event, told us about the event, and then offered a rain check when it went so poorly. I will not play there again.
Conditions: nice fairways but the greens were average at best.

This course is under-rated which is a good thing to keep the price down, but it's usually in perfect condition! The greens roll exceptionally true and the fairways and tee boxes are all well maintained. It's "open" but also makes you keep the ball in play and make good shots or your score will get out of hand quickly.
Eagles Crossing Golf Course
Played On 09/27/2017This is a 1 star course with very little maintenance and care on the course. The tees and greens have crabgrass like my lawn and the greens are so sloped you're doing well if you 3 putt. The bunkers are awkwardly placed and have leaves, weeds, and are not maintained. The carts are from the 90's and the parking brake didn't work on a very sloped course. I'm very confused as to why the golf now ratings are so high. Good views of the mountains but that's the only positive.

I have played this course for over a decade and the course and the staff continue to improve. Sometimes it takes one person to change the experience and that has occurred at this course. Dave in the pro shop puts our agenda first and understands we've paid to enjoy a round of golf. The greens, the course layout, the staff...all deserve accolades. I would become a member if I lived closer.
