I’ve played the course many times but this is the first time in several years. Play was a little slow but the course was in good shape. Although aerated in the few days the greens were rolling well. A great golf challenge

the course was in excellent shape given the later winter date. Greens were fast and rolled true which is always the case when I visit this course. We played early so there was little traffic. We were paired with a couple and our foursome moved smoothly thru the course in just under 4 hours. Golf has been a little slow in past visits.
The course is challenging and wind plays a key roll on some holes. There are some long par 4's The par 3 16th is a long shot across a big trap. Rough is well maintained and balls easy to find. Always a good experience.

Greens are not oversee fed but in perfect shape. Rolling terrain unusual for most of Florida and fun to play 3 hour round on Saturday is really rare. Nice warmup facility and good practice green

I first played this course 60 years ago and mowed its greens in summers while in college. A short masterpiece of design on woody terrain. It started my career in Turfgrass. A joy to revisit with an old friend.
