They are having some issues with water/sewage. There is no running water or plumbing.
The course itself is great. Plenty of tee boxes to make the course as easy or hard as you like. The greens are in great shape, there is no sand in any of the bunkers.

The course was fine and the staff was very friendly. There were some slow players that would not let you play through but that happens at all courses.
The only real complaint was the carts. They are programmed to not allow you in restricted areas, which is fine, but most of the course seems to be restricted. There are also about 4 par four holes that are cart path only and conditions were NOT wet. Would be better to walk.

Nice course, can be as hard or easy as you like depending on tee choice. I think they are converting all the sand bunchers to grass.

Nice course that can be as easy or as hard as you like...just pick the correct Tee Box. There are no sand bunkers as it looks like they are converting them all to grass bunkers.

Course was in good shape. The green speeds were not consistent, both hole to hole and within the same green.
