This was our second choice among 5 courses played on this trip from Texas. Lots of changes on "looks", and need to play twice to know the hidden surprises. The putting was really a test.

This was our last course to play. This is our second place choice . A second time to play, would greatly help on knowledge of placement .

Had looked forward to playing Old South again. We were not disappointed. The staff is excellent. The pro shop was pleasant and fully stocked.

Of five courses played on this trip, we rated this one #1. We played it second on the list. I have played the National Course in Lake of the Ozarks, and wanted to see if this one compared. It was great. Gary Player can be complimented to use his name on these signature courses.

Have always enjoyed and respected Gary Player's National Golf Courses.

Would play it again....played early, and 18 holes in 3 hrs.

"Impressed" ..... layout, views, marshaling, greens, fairways, sand traps, water, ......summed up "pristine". Maintenance crew was very busy grooming even the desert areas, repairing divots even in the fairways....but never disturbing a player. I do not use "excellent" very often - but this course was excellent.

Our second trip to this area. From the 1st trip, we picked the Greg Norman ( PGA West )...this second trip puts Desert Willow right up there with the Norman course. Very good practice area....unique "pager" is given to all golfers for a notification of tee time position. Very enjoyable experience.

Starter offers electronic pagers to call each group to the tee-box. Beautiful course layout. No noticeable homes, you feel secluded from habitation. Very good practice area, nice pro-shop. Would definitely return.

The layout of this course is very interesting, has some narrow fairways, a little water creek working its way throughout the course. Sand traps in need of additional sand. Scenery is great and peaceful.

The discount offered by Golf Now was excellent, but limited. Definitely a return destination.
