Had a day off, and booked a Hot Deal for $16 plus fees. Paired with two great men. Teed off at 12:27. We’re done just before 4 pm. Can’t beat that. Greens were great. Rolled true. Fairways and tees, excellent. Great course. Great company and great value.

Greens ? They were a little (a lot) sandy. On somes greens, you needed a rake to smooth your foot prints ; ).

Now admittedly for $14 I guess what could I have expected, but I did expect more. The threesome I played with (Father and his daughter and son), paid $26 each and I would say they did not get their money's worth. Honestly, the course probably should have been closed to let the process work out (and keep the traffic off the greens as well)

So take the review not as a "this is how it will always be", but in the near term, if you are looking for a complete course, don't expect it.. I am hopefull that over time, whatever the greens crew does, that it will make them better to match the rest of the course condition. I would pay more for that experience...

Played with a friend who was coming to town. Our initial tee time at 02:26 PM was in jeopardy as a result of delays at the airport, but the staff was very accommodating to our circumstances. We teed off at 2:50 PM. We did not expect to finish 18 holes (sunset at 6:39 PM) but once on the course, we only had a few delays on the tee. We finished 18 and did it in before sunset. Perhaps it was a Tuesday and the late start but it ended up being the perfect time to play. Maybe it was my putting stoke but found reading the greens more difficult. Did not burn a lot of holes even on shortish ones. Could have been me though as conditions seemed excellent.
