Played there a number of times. Staff friendly. Greens always good.. Fairways mostly good. Some tees are a bit scruffy but still very playable. If you want to play immaculate tees, greens and fairways then go and pay $150 to play a private course but if you want and enjoyable game of golf on a nice layout in reasonable condition then give River Run a try, you will not be disappointed.

What you would expect of a municipal course. Greens in good condition and very playable. Some tee areas were a bit rough but still ok. Fairways were all in nice condition. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Played there twice this week and will be back again. Good value for this time of year in this area. Pace of play was good and the new golf carts are easy to drive. Well worth playing if you're in the area.

First time played this year, course has improved since we played 12 months ago. Nice layout, a couple of the tees and some patches of a couple of fairways were a bit soft but overall it's in a reasonable condition and will definitely play again within the next couple of weeks. We arrived before our tee time and went out straight away with no hold ups on the course until the last few holes where we caught a slow four ball. Good value for golf at this time of year.

Not the longest of courses but the greens were very good and apart from a couple of holes the fairways were in very good condition with a good coverage of grass. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was great value for money and some of the holes were very picturesque. The carts were new and pace of play was good. I play off 6 handicap and although it's not the longest of courses I found some of the holes quite challenging. Would certainly recommend a game here.

Played here a few times in recent weeks. The course is always in reasonable condition with tricky greens. The cart and shop staff are always friendly and welcoming. Pace of play is decent. Good value for this time of year and well worth a visit.

Friendly staff in pro shop, cart guys not quite as friendly but ok. Course was in decent condition, a bit wet in places, greens good and pace of play was good. Booked to play through Golf Now on a deal which was good value but wouldn't pay the full price to play here.

Thoroughly enjoyable course. The course was in very reasonable condition, greens were very true and in good condition if a bit on the slow side. A good variety of holes and plenty of tees to chose from, a couple of the back tees were in poor condition but it looked like no one used them much, the blues and whites were ok. Staff were very friendly and the rates very reasonable, I would happily play the course again and again. Well worth the drive out from Lake Beuna Vista.

Played the course in a twilight rate and managed 15 holes before light ran out. Would have managed all 18 if there were any course rangers to gee up the group in front as they had lost a good few holes on the ones in front. Like all the Disney courses the Magnolia is way, way overpriced, it's a decent enough course in reasonable condition but put it outside of Disneyworld and it would be a third of the price which is what it's worth. The staff are always great and friendly but don't expect anything special from the course.

Play this course every time we holiday in Orlando. It a traditional golf course with large established trees and it's not hole after hole of hitting over lakes to the fairways. Course is always in reasonable condition and the staff are very friendly. Pace of play is usually ok and even teeing off later in the day you can get 18 holes in on the twilight rate.

Have played here a number of times in past year. The greens were fast and true and in very good condition. The rest of the course was scruffy and very patchy with a number of bare patches on the tees and fairways and appeared to be suffering from the lack of water. Overall a good experience if a bit slow but wouldn't pay the full rate price as the condition of the course is not worth it.

Old fashioned course where you don't have to hit over water on every hole. Undulating fast greens making pars hard to come by. Overall in nice condition with some good holes. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit but wouldn't pay more than $40 to play here. Speed of play was good as the starter got us out before our time as there was a large party going out. Would happily play there again.

Have played there many times over the years but this is the best condition I have ever seen it in. Pro Shop staff very friendly. Only minus side is you have to take a mortgage out to buy a drink afterwards.

Good layout with houses on the front nine, many under construction. Back nine much nicer as there are no houses although it looks like this is now starting to change. Greens and tees in good order as were most of the fairways. Pace of play was very slow and some people left the course after eleven holes as there were four groups waiting on the par three, our playing partners said it was always the same as they sent four balls out every eight mins. Overall a good course worth the visit but don't go if you have a dinner reservation to make.

Played the course on 5th Match and the layout is very good with no water or lakes on the course so not your usual Florida course of hitting over lakes all day which is great but can sometimes feel like playing the same holes over and over again. There are quite a few changes in elevation which also makes the course interesting. The condition is just OK but the greens are good, tee boxes are a bit scruffy and some fairways were also scruffy in places but overall the course is very playable with plenty of teeing areas on every hole to suit all levels of players. If you want a change from the usual flat lake and house filled courses of Florida give it a go it's well worth the 30 to 40 min. drive from the theme park area but I wouldn't pay more than $35.

Only paid $20 so can't really complain but, would not like to pay any more for the golf. The course lay out was OK but the condition was lacking. Greens were not too good with some bare patches and we played preferred lies on the fairways because of the poor conditions. A number of the tee beds appeared to have been re turfed but were still not of good quality. As stated before for $20 it was an OK course and offered quite good value.

Thought this was a "Mickey Mouse" 9 hole par three course but was pleasantly supprised. There are par 4 and par 5 holes that are very good. The fairways are narrow so even on the shorter holes you have to be accurate off the tees. The greens were super fast and in good condition. It took us over 2 hours to play 9 holes but there had been a two hour frost delay so everything was backed up. Good value when booked on line but wouldn't want to pay more than $20 to play the 9 holes.

The course is quite tight and requires accuracy off the tee. There is hardly any water on the course but every fairway is bordered by trees and overgrowth and it's a lost ball if you go in it. No houses around the course and plenty of nature. If you are fed up with playing over lakes and between houses, give it a go.

Nice course, you have to hit the ball straight. The back nine gets tighter as you go around. Good condition and the greens were quite good with a noticeable grain.

Nice course. Not a links course but a nice course in reasonable condition. We played it a few times and were late teeing off every time by 30 to 40 minutes as they cram too many players in I.e. trying to get 4 balls to tee off every 7 minutes, it just doesn't work and they always run out of buggies. Having said that, for what you pay it is good value for money, just don't expect to get round quickly and don't expect a "links" course.
