Very well maintained, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Price is always very high here, so getting a good deal online was too good to pass up.

Great track, I play here about 2-3 times per year (the price is really high) and I got a deal for this round thru G N. I was added to a 3-some of really nice guys and it was a great time playing with them. I strapped my bag to the cart and I walked the course, and it wasn't a difficult walk at all. Course was in really good shape, Unlike most courses in these COVID-19 times, the bunkers were actually playable. Greens were rolling pretty true, and at a really good pace. Can't wait to play here again.

I play this course very often, and since the summer the staff has done a really good job of getting it back in shape. Can't ever complain when you get to play golf in January, so the fact that it was wet (especially since we got snow on Tuesday that had melted) is really a non-factor here. Glad to see they are working so hard to get the course back!

this course has been in my rotation (I am not a member anywhere) for over 12 year now, and while I believe it is priced rather high on weekends, it is an enjoyable course to play. Staff is always friendly and courteous, they really do their best to keep the course in good shape (with the very hot Northern VA summers and wet fall season this can be quite a challenge). The driving range is decent, and the practice green is usually a good indicator of the actual greens. All in all, the course is worth the trip if you get a good deal thru a tee time website.

My best friend came to visit and asked about playing a course he had yet to play, so I suggested Raspberry Falls. Glad I did; starter was awesome, pro shop attendant was awesome, and although the conditions were challenging (playing in Northern Virginia in March), we had a great day. Awesome layout, great staff and great deal made for a very memorable day.

Nice layout, some really cool holes. Tee boxes were in bad shape, some greens had patches in them but for this time of year it wasn’t bad. Only problem with the course is the in-season rate; way too overpriced.

Fun track that is a tough test. A lot of elevation changes, challenging greens and great scenery. Staff is very friendly and you get the feeling that they appreciate your business.

I played Bull Run last in mid-September, and the conditions were pretty bad. We were getting a lot of heat and no rain, so it wasn't as though the course was being neglected, it was just dried out all over. When we played this round, the course had really bounced back into shape, and it was nice to play.

South Riding was a fun round for my dad and I. He is in his late 70s, and the fact that SR has 4 different tee boxes for him to enjoy his day really worked out. Pace was slow, as we were behind a very slow group 2 groups in front of us (my dad and I were paired with another guy, and we got along really well). The marshall did speak to the group that was going slow, so that was not an issue.

All in all, a good round at a nice course.

Fun course and a nice layout. Greens were in decent shape, but this course gets a lot of play, so all in all not bad.

I am a big fan of this course, I think it is one of the more challenging courses in the Northern VA area, and I also believe it has the toughest finishing hole around. Greens were really quick today, which is OK with me, but with aeration schedules coming up I think that will slow them down. I just wish it was a little more affordable (usually in the $90s for wknd green fees).

Maintained pretty well, especially for late-August. It was a little bit on the slow side, but to be fair most courses in the Northern VA are. Staff was friendly, but unfortunately there was no beverage cart available. All in all, a good experience.

Bristown Manor has many good holes, and it has some holes that you wish you could just skip. What I like is that you will probably use every club in your bag, and the tee shots present options; its not a "driver-short iron-putter" type of course. The thing I dont like about it is that 3 of the 4 par 5s (#4, #6 and #16)are not driver holes, and that is a bit of a problem for me because they take going for the green in 2 out of the question. #18 is a strong finishing hole that makes for an exciting finish if you are playing a match with friends and it comes down to the last hole. Practice area is great because it is on grass and not mats. Staff is always friendly and very nice.
