A long ways to go

I paid $100 on GN and felt I overpaid. They normally charge $200+ and it's out in the sticks.

The staff were all excellent but I won't be back at the rates charged.

Course was in decent shape, greens rolled well. We played through 3 groups otherwise it would have been a 5+ hr. day.

El Tigre

Booked with GolfNow for $90 USD and teed off @ 12:50. Played in 3:10 with a couple in front of us and a couple behind. The course was in good shape and the greens rolled better than they looked, guessing speed was around 10 on the stimp meter.
The staff are really friendly, beers on course were 56 pesos ea.
The course is surrounded by homes and condos but for us didn't come into play at all. Good putting green and large grass driving range get big thumbs up with me.
I will play here again during my stay but I will look for a Hot Deal, as I will with all courses in the PV area, $150 - $200 US is unreasonable.

Bumpy Greens

I chose this course because I like several other Bob Cupp designed courses that I've played, Big Sky, Pumpkin Ridge, Tetherow and Bandon Dunes. Unfortunately this course was a disappointment compared to these and is not worth a return trip in my opinion. The course condition was okay but the greens have a lot of Poa Annua (sp) and are very bumpy. I'm not a big fan of golf courses in housing developments and this is definitely one of them. The range only was being partially used and the areas to hit from that day were well used and hard to find grass.
I was paired up with a great guy, the cart girl was around early and fairly often and we had a good day.
It's a nice facility but good greens are imperative to me and these were bumpy.
I payed $70 the guy I played with is a local and paid $35, if your coming don't pay more than $70 it's just not that nice.

Good Value

We played at 7:42, had the course to ourselves and the weather was great. The greens ran about 9 on the stimp, looked faster than they were, had troubles getting the putts to the hole. The course was in good shape, not great but it is definitely worth the $79 rate.
