Started with a 1:04 tee time and completed my round before it got dark. Greens are in good shape and fairways are fairly lush, but divots abound. Walked the course, but the last two holes are uphill, so be in good shape.

Staff is nice. Had to play in a fivesome, but pace of play was good. Little or no rough on the course. Course is littered with dormant Bermuda. Green were in good shape. For the money, can't beat walking this course.

Greens were in good shape. Pace of play was good for a Saturday in December.

Grandview has interesting layout, especially on the back nine.

The greens are in decent shape. However the rest of the course need some work there's very little rough. There are patches of dirt in the fairway.

Course is in great shape. Pace of play was near three hours on a Saturday. Price is Right.

I made a tee time through Golf Now and later in the week the price dropped. When I arrived at the course, the starter didn't have my name on the tee sheet. This happens a lot in Sun City.

The course needs work. Several areas are overgrown, but the problems are in areas off the normal scoring track. Weekend pace of play is slow. Bunkers need more sand.

Saturday play is a little slow. Rough is dormant Bermuda and doesn't offer much of a challenge. Otherwise, I say play here and have fun.

Riverview was being prepared for overseeding on the day I played. I knew conditions would be tough. Course always plays fast and this round was no exception. Next time I play, I hope the greens are a little slower, but I still enjoyed my round. Pace of place on the back side always seems to be slower than on the front.

Course is in good shape except for a few bunkers on the back side. Greens roll true and the rough is challenging. Hit it straight and you will do fine. There is more water on the back side. Almost all of it is to the right.

The greens don't look good, but they are true and fast right now. Bunkers are course and difficult to hit out of from the fairways. I played in triple digit temperatures and the pace of play was fine. This course, along with the other courses in Sun City Grand have ice machines available, so you can stock up before the round and during the turn. There is also plenty of water on the course.

I think the mountains to the south of the course cause the wind to swirl, because it never seems to be going in one direction on this course. The greens were in nice condition and the fairways were cut. Not much rough, but there is sand in the bunkers, a welcome change. Play seems to slow down in the morning, especially with the ranger hunting for balls instead of doing something about slow play. Afternoon rounds should go faster.

First, I lucked out and got a great rate through GolfNow or I would not have played here. I started with three other people and one pair was a father and son, who were sharing a set of clubs. That slowed things down. I ended the round playing with a single that caught up to our group. The cart paths are in terrible condition and you will bounce around the course. The greens are in good shape, but the pace of play is bad.
If you get a really good deal price wise, then I would play here.

Greens at North are very hard because the overseed did not take effect. Bunkers are new and sandy. Pace of play is slow and there are no rangers to handle the problem. Otherwise, the course redesign works and offers some challenges. Enjoy.

Pace of play was a little slow, but some of the holes are challenging. On the par 4s, the fairways were long and filled with clover. It had rained over the weekend, so I imagine that is why the course was not cut. I also have a GPS system that only worked on the the first two holes. Then it started going wild. It might be because the holes are so close to each other. We had a Hot Deal so the cost was worth it.

Started as a single, but the threesome I was with turned into foursome. So I was paired with another single and a twosome, after I made the suggestion in the clubhouse. Pace of play was pretty good, which is usually a problem here. Greens were in pretty good shape and they have added sand to the bunkers, which is a welcome change. They have also added yardage markers. It is a good deal for the money.
